MK taxi guide Hiro-San in Kyoto is the best!
I highly recommend MK taxi guide Hirokazu Nakajima. He made our Kyoto trip so fun. I wish we were able to use his services the whole time we were there. We will definitely ask for him the next time we're in Kyoto.
We emailed back and forth to set up our custom schedule. Hiro contacted us a couple of days before to assure us he'd be there to pick us up from the airport and the day of he sent a picture of himself so we'd know who to look for. He came to our train car to greet us. We decided to skip our check-in at our hotel and just start our tour immediately and he was very flexible and accommodating. He gave us the history and interesting facts for each stop and taught us some Japanese language and customs. He took pictures on his phone of us and sent them at the end of our day with him and gave us recommendations on where to eat around our hotel. He was very funny and made our trip so enjoyable. His English was very good and easy to understand since he lived in the US for a bit. Although Japan is very formal in manners he made us feel comfortable with his out-going personality. Thank you Hiro-San!
Palm Canyon Resort and Spa
Our first stay in Palm Springs was greeted by friendly and helpful staff from day one. They are remodeling but none of this affected our stay. Staff of Diamond Resorts International especially Rae, Nick and Tom went above and beyond to help us with current and future stays.
Resort staff at Concierge, Splash restaurant and bar staff, Carlos, (and the ladies whose names I forget at this moment), are fabulous! Accommodating and always friendly. Technical staff who helped us in the wee hours of night/morning with our TV remote issues could not have been more patient and helpful in resolving our issues.
Accommodating a visit by our daughter and son-in-law today through Sunday is sure to be a success tonight when they check in! Thank you, Palm Canyon Resort and Spa, and staff of Diamond Resorts International for reinforcing our decision to upgrade as Owners as one of the best decisions we've ever made❣️
Westin Nanea Ocean Villas
My wife and I have spent the past two weeks enjoying our stay at this, the newest Westin property on Maui's Ka'anapali Beach. It's been truly wonderful. The genuine friendliness of all of the staff, from the management to the servers and housekeepers, has made our time here memorable. The rooms are magnificent. While we must leave tomorrow, we are looking forward to our return next year. Mahalo to everyone who made our stay here so delightful.
