Description

This game is a work in progress. It may or may not change over time or release as a final product. Purchase only if you are comfortable with the current state of the unfinished game. Explore and reshape distant worlds! Astroneer is set during a 25th century gold rush where players must explore the frontiers of outer space, risking their lives and resources in harsh environments for the chance of striking it rich. On this adventure, a player’s most useful tool is their ability to shape their world, altering the terrain and extracting valuable resources from planets, and moons. Resources can be traded or crafted into new tools, vehicles, and modules to create everything from massive industrial bases to mobile rover bases. -Reshape and shape terrain as though it were made of Play-Doh. -Explore procedurally generated planets that can be entirely deformed and traversed. -Build a spaceship and travel to new planets and moons. -Snap together components and objects to create custom vehicles and modules. -4 player online drop-in/drop-out co-op. One of the better

This is by far one of the best preview games I have played and now on my top 10 favorite games, I own over 200 games for the xbox one and this one is amongst the best. There is always more to do, just when you think you have done everything bam the game hits you with something new to keep you going for even more countless hours. It has its flaws but its in pre alpha with that being said all the hours I have put into the game and still have so much more to do, this game is going to be huge by the time it releases! Give it a shot if you need something to pass the time.

THE BEST

I love this game a whole lot and I love what you can do in this game.The only that I want this game to have more ore's and more planets to explore ,but I keep forgetting that THIS IS ONLY A PRE-ALPHA but overall I cant until the full game comes out.So if you dont have this game plz buy it is really really fun and a relaxing game.(:

Resolution bug

Developers, please!! I have Surface Pro 4 with scaling at 200% (Recommended) in system settings and due to this I cannot change game resolution. This option in graphics settings doesn't work as expected.

Great game

Great game, still needs work but really good start. Enjoyable gameplay

Has so much potential

love the game. still a work in progress, but needs more content. at a certain point, you eventually run out of things to do but so far its a great game.

Solid Game

It could use more components, such as more ways of expanding the the default layout, like space stations, more base modules, and more tools than the basic drill. This game has hours of entertainment, multiplayer can be difficult with multiple bugs in the game. Don't worry if you ran out of things to do, this game is always coming up with new updates, I guess? But anyway, this game is awesome.

Love it!

It's such a nice change from the fast-past games of today. I love having a calming game to fall back on. The music and atmospheres are incredible. The gameplay is easy to pick up from PC or Xbox One and playing with friends has been really fun. Can't wait to see more from the devs!
