Press This is a little tool that lets you grab bits of the web and create new posts with ease.
It will even allow you to choose from images or videos included on the page and use them in your post.
Use Press This as a quick and lightweight way to highlight another page on the web.

What were you thinking?!?!
Kinda misses the point of “press this”, doesn’t it? Why on earth did you think removing virtually all of the functionality of the “press this” bookmarklet was a clever idea?
Doesn’t work well
For the moment, the plugin is not so simple as the old “press this” function. I lost many time to paste URL in the new windows.
Help us, please just give me the old functionality !
Not Useful
The plugin has lost all the best and most useful features of the original bookmarklet. The workflow it seems to require is not as automatic, intuitive or useful as the original. I actually have rolled back to WordPress 4.8 because my normal workflow depends on the older Press This. The new plugin is too clumsy, does not grab even the site title of the page I am trying to save nor does it automatically create the link to the site. I really don’t understand how this new plugin is being represented as an adequate replacement for the original and very useful Press This
Let’s bring it back
Can we make this bookmarklet back to its original, usable form?
This replacement is just above useless.
