    We still have some more changes / tweaks coming that will further tighten up the layout on both desktop and mobile (more so on mobile). Hope to roll those out in the next week or two.

    We received a lot of feedback about our new responsive layout, particularly on issues with mobile sized screens not showing enough product data in category listings. We’ve made a number of tweaks to fix that, tightened up spacing some, and a few other odds and ends.

    Found one part list coding issue and an IE CSS issue that we’re working through. 50/50 on going live with responsive today, otherwise will postpone till tomorrow.

    We’ll be taking the site down for maintenance this afternoon for a brief bit to switch over to the new responsive layout and migrate user build guides to saved part lists. We’re expecting downtime of about 10-20 minutes.

    Just an FYI, we’re disabling our mobile site for a month or two while we make some big code changes. Had hoped to leave it up until we were ready to flip the switch, but there’s a lot of throwaway work to do so. Here’s a bit more on why:

    Thank you for your help! Context for everyone else: installed extra circuits in our new building to use for benchmarking until our larger bench room is completed. He and his colleague were great to work with and did clean work. Cable management - conduit style.

    Being a service Electrician has me meeting a lot of different people and seeing different places. I can say that the folks over at are some really awesome people that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and installing some work for.

    The purchasing process has been far more involved and time consuming than I ever could have imagined. That’s impacted our content and feature development. But things are on track to get set back up, meaning our schedule and sanity should hopefully return to normal soon.

    Long story short is that we were incredibly blessed to be able to purchase our own office property. It’s the same size as our previous space, but structured better to do both the software development for the site (in an area not pictured), as well as the content creation.

    Several months from now, this will be where we film our new build videos. We have a lot of work to do changing the space from a CNC/prototyping shop to filming, but we’re super excited to get started (and get filming again).

    Someone sent us an email requesting account deletion and CC’d a few dozen other internet sites. We don’t have an automated ticket system, but others do. The ensuing 100+ auto-reply conversation back and forth from one automated ticket system to another was a sight to behold.
