Do I have to pay yearly?

You are actually purchasing a product as a service. With a yearly subscription, you access all kinds of member perks: security updates, new features, and products, fast replies to support requests.

The advantage is that you don’t worry about your website’s theme or plugins because we got your back. And this is why we recommend you to pay yearly.

Can I buy only a single theme?

Our themes are only available as part of the membership. However, I think you will find this is an incredible deal, even if you only intend to use a single theme from our collection. The price is less than the price you would pay for a single theme at many other theme shops, and here you get access to a lot more. Just try it out.

Do I start from scratch if I upgrade to PRO?

When you upgrade to the premium version of a product, everything integrates seamlessly with your free version. The PRO version will just add the extra features and your existing work won’t be lost. Just remember to add the domain license to receive updates.

On how many websites can I install a theme or plugin?

You can use them on any number of websites owned by you or not. Keep in mind that you will only receive updates, support, and new features just for the activated products.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a full refund for the first 30 days after purchase.

Will the price be the same when I renew?

If you opt-in to for the automated subscription renewal you will surely benefit from the same price you got the service. Of Course, if the prices drop, you will also benefit from.

What if I don’t renew my membership?

If you do not renew your membership, your domain license will become invalid at the end of the period. The product will still work, however, access to support will be discontinued until a new license is purchased. Also, you will not have access to any of the product updates.

What does domain license mean?

Once you choose a membership package you get access to all premium products and a specific number of licenses. These are limited by the number of domains you used them on. This means that you have to activate a product with a license for each domain you want to use a product on. Yes, even subdomains (including WordPress multisite).

What’s required to use ThemeIsle products (why we offer free shared hosting)?

All you need to start using our products is a working WordPress website and you can install the themes or plugins of your choice.th
