Three months into a purchase, $5K paid, four attempts to make a transfer through two different regis...trars, and I still haven't received the domain name. Sedo has admitted technical issues on their side, but refuses to process a refund. Do not recommend.
What really bothers me is the lies I was told by the customer support supervisor. He told me that the funds for the domain purchase have already been transferred to the seller, and cannot be returned to me. This is in direct conflict with Sedo's own support documentation, which notes that "The buyer’s payment is only released once a change of ownership has been confirmed. This process ensures a secure transfer."
tldr; Sedo provides a terrible service, refuses to process a refund for the service when they don't deliver, and then lie to you about their own documented processes. Ver Mais
