Scott in Texas: I hope they read this.. I was looking forward to using their service but they suck! They used bogus info to "verify" my identity! For instance.. I was in the Navy stationed at the Navy Hospital in Rota Spain. So one of the identity questions asked if my employer was Rota Spain? No! So after a few more STUPID questions like that, my identity verification failed.. i was shocked and a bit paranoid thinking my Iidentity was compromised because i didnt recognize half of the questions options. I went and pulled my report from Experian to check it and everything was fine AND i got my credit score. So I dont need your crappy service or your bogus azz "verification" crap!! One more thing, I could not find a contact point ANYWHERE to discuss how badly you screwed up my report data. That was the ultimate reason to avoid you like the black plague! USER BEWARE

Abby Kokichi: +Kim'Ella Mason once you open credit karma, click on either transunion or Equifax (whichever it's under) find it and click on it (wether it's derogatory or something else). If you scroll to the bottom of the page..It will say something like "see an error" click to dispute. Hope I helped and good luck!

Abby Kokichi: Hello. I have a question for credit karma. I just tried to login to my app i have installed with you guys..and its asking me to re-enter my password saying i have been logged out. I have never jad this problem since i installed the app...more than 5 months ago. I am curious as to wether this is actually real or not...with tax season here and alot of frauds and scams lately i want to be 100% sure that this is NOT one of them. Please help amswer my question. Thank you!
