Sure, hitting those nice round numbers isn’t that meaningful, but we think that’s significant as we don’t have, strictly speaking, a “community manager” at Gandi or any “social media strategist” or a “social media war room,” just a handful of employees who, in addition to their other roles within the organization, take care of replying to your questions and concerns as they come up on social media.

📬 September newsletter is out!
We’ve introduced was our new SSL management interface, along with a new Simple Hosting instance size, S+, which notably allows installation of free SSL certificates. As we approach the end of FR-SD2, we’ve also published the latest migration plan. Needless to say, we’ve been keeping busy. But don’t worry, we’re not locking ourselves away just yet, we’re still out and about.
You may have already noticed some longer than usual response times in the answers that you have been getting from our Customer Service team.
Please rest assured that we are working as hard as possible to rapidly return to faster response times.

Recently, we announced that we would be closing one of datacenters, FR-SD2 and we outlined our basic migration plan.
We’re now able to add more specifics to this plan, including elements catering to the needs expressed by our customers over the last couple of weeks since we initially made the announcement.
Specifically:...
- we moved the closure date for FR-SD2 to December 29, 2017,
- and we enabled most impacted customers the ability to keep their public IP addresses.
More info are availble on our blog, and in any case, impacted customers will receive a specific plan by email.
Great news: not only certificates management is now available on #gandiV5, but you can have them automatically installed and... they are free !
