About
CodeConf is a two-day conference exploring the most important open source technologies of our time. More than 350 open source developers and industry leaders will convene in Seattle this fall to participate in over 30 sessions. This year is all about the browser: What started as tools for building web applications have expanded to be a part of software development on nearly every platform today. We'll explore the latest in browser engines, web application tools, and how they're going beyond the browser into mobile and desktop.

Tickets & Registration
- Can I get a receipt for my ticket?
- Yes. Please email [email protected].
Venue & Accessibility
- Will there be wifi onsite?
- Yes. The network name and password will be available onsite.
- Are you providing captioning or language translation?
- We are currently working to determine whether this is something we can provide. Please stay tuned for updates.
- Will there be a nursing room on site?
- Yes, we have arranged a private room for nursing, and can provide refrigeration upon request.
- Will there be gender neutral restrooms on site?
- Yes.
Help Desk
- Will there be a place for me to store things?
- We have a coat check area. You are welcome to leave luggage, but we ask that you not leave valuables.
- Where do I go if I lose something?
- If the event is still active, stop by the Help Desk to see if someone dropped your item off. Post-event, please email [email protected].
- Where can I meet my scholarship ambassador?
- Our scholarship ambassadors will be at the counter to the right of the Help Desk.
Refunds / Cancellations / Waitlist
- What do I do if I need a refund?
- Please email [email protected]. We will be happy to issue a refund up to 24 hours before the event.
- I am on the waitlist for workshops. When will I be informed if I am given a spot?
- We will email you 24 hours before Workshops if a spot opens up. Please note we will not be admitting people who are not registered on the day of the event.
Sessions & Content
- Are the sessions recorded?
- General sessions will be recorded and live streamed on github.com/satellite. Session videos will be made available a few weeks after the event. Please note that at this time workshops will not be recorded or live streamed.
Food & Beverage
- Do you provide breakfast and lunch?
- Yes, we will have complimentary breakfast and lunch on both days.
- Do you accommodate special dietary needs?
- We provide vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
After Party
- Do I need my badge for entry?
- Yes.
- Will non-alcoholic options be available?
- Yes.
- Can non-conference attendees join?
- At this time the events are only for conference attendees.
