1) How Do I Use a Petco Promotional or Coupon Code?

Once you’re done shopping at Petco.com, head to your shopping cart at checkout. After you fill out your shipping address and select a shipping method, look for the “Promotions, Gift Cards, and Pals Rewards” section on the third step in the payment process. Click "Add/Edit Gift Cards, Promos and Pals Rewards" and apply your coupon(s) in the given field. For valid dollars-off coupons, discounts will appear in red above your subtotal price. Percentage-off coupons, though, are trickier to find. The full price is located above the quantity, and the new price is located under the quantity on the right. Make sure your total order amount reflects the correct amount in discounts so you don’t miss out on any marked-down steals.

2) Is Petco Cheaper Than PetSmart?

Petco and PetSmart both offer price matching policies for in-store products, so, in theory, you'll receive the lowest price regardless of where you shop. In reality, both price match guarantees are pretty strict, and neither applies to Petco.com and PetSmart.com. While Petco's original prices are higher, you can still get great prices when you use a coupon or promo code from our Petco page. For example, a 26-lb bag of AvoDerm dog food is regularly $49.99 at both stores, but PetSmart will sometimes sell it for $44.99. 3) How Long Does Petco Take to Ship Items?

Petco ships to all across the U.S. and offers several shipping options, but how long it takes it depends on which method you select at checkout. Generally, Standard shipping takes about 3 to 6 business days and nearly double the time (5 to 10 business days) when shipped to P.O. boxes. Shipping to a U.S. territory takes 2-4 weeks, and shipping to a military base overseas will require a month or two. When you select a priority shipping method, your order will arrive at your door much faster.

When you join Petco's Pals Rewards program, you’ll have instant access to jaw-dropping savings. For every $100 you spend at Petco and Petco.com, you'll earn 5 Pals Rewards Dollars.
