Michael Schrody (Barefoot Mike): Interesting, +Kenny Embry. Thanks for that mini-review. I decided to have a look (I'm not a Walmart shopper and don't expect to become one, but there are some stores I like that are participating). I immediately noticed the free (or cheap on small orders) shipping, but stores get to set prices different from in-store prices. Some might argue that since it costs money to ship/deliver then they should be able to roll that into the price. OTOH, we as customers have no way of knowing how much of a premium we're paying because while they use the usual format of displaying a strikethrough price (usually suggested list or highest-it's-ever-been price), what they should be doing is showing us the in-store price next to the Express price so we know what delivery is really costing us. That and all the inconsistencies - each store has a different delivery time, minimum order, cutoff time, etc. As you said, if I can get an Amazon-like experience (flawed as it can be sometimes, it is at least consistent and fairly predictable) with the advantage of multiple stores, then I might get excited. Yeah, I installed the app, and I'll probably check it if I need something from one of its stores that I shop anyway, but I'll be very cautious. I might even try a (non-urgent, non-critical) purchase or two, but my expectations are pretty low based on what I've seen so far. So people were actually paying $95 for this?
John Scott: I ordered a turkey fryer on Wal-Mart.com 3 weeks before Thanksgiving and received it 3rd week of January. My last attempt was last year. I placed an order that never got shipped. They credited my card 2 months later with no explanation. They suck big-time.

The keyboard, believe it or not, DOES NOT RECOGNIZE PUNCTUATION in Portuguese! If I say (in Portuguese) "period", for example, the keyboard will add the WORD "period", not the symbol. Dictation becomes TOTALLY USELESS!!! I'm always sending this feature request to Google, year after year. I can dictate in other languages, but never in Portuguese. 300 million people speaks Portuguese. We deserve some attention here. THE driving and work the parks and recreations. health and even addictions. having someone to teach the little ones that are actually starting to do very great things... i have been very worried about what i have been into... the whole google experience is still a great thing to me... i would keep it because it is really a great idea but in time the reasons i did was because someone helped me choose the computer and the way i look at it is everything is a challenge to me... i have been doing the best i can and im even scared i started something great and cant even keep up however . and i know that the young student of today are very thrilled to be able to work with minds and people who truely care about what they need to know.. the topics with my thinking and what i know is far beyond what i can afford to do.. so do i go on another adventure or stay home and use my chrome MS google c720 travel compainion notebook. the choices are endless. and i am furious i can only afford to use something in my own price range. BUT VERY PROUD OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND OTHERS TOO... MIKEII
