  • Hi, today Outlook Customer Manager addin installed to my account and activated. When I clicked button it says Certificate error, when continued nothing happens. It says there is an error for this addin. And to solve issue I wanted to reinstall so office store I've chosed remove. Now I cant reload Outlook Customer Manager

    This last message is something that multiple users reported, but I guess you just have to wait a little bit more.

    My assumption is that the process of making OCM fully functional it's split in multiple phases, one of them being to make the add in available in Outlook. This phase being complete in your case, I think it will not take longer until the phase of enabling the functionality will also take place

    My PSA for the day.....The FI team will be updating their blog post by early next week with the new expected deployment dates since their deployment had hit some bumps on the road.  It sounds like they will be re-running the new and improved conversion process via First Release again.

    Some of our users who were converted to FI seem to have been rolled back now.

     

    As mentioned in the other thread, apparently one of the issues they hit was a deprecated feature in exchange that Outlook was relying on to enable the FI view.

    There was also the other issue related that hit us on the mobile side - the movement from AWS to Azure for Outlook mobile services broke customers who were using Intune and Conditional Access.

    I dont really understand. If my user have a mobile app and the windows desktop app when will the feature arrive? When will Clutter turn off? I appreciate that there is client support required, but isn't the master switch server side?

     

    If Clutter turns off before Windows client is ready so we lose the feature?

    Looking to export Email app usage but when I click on Export I get the following error;

     

    User is unauthorized to access this resource.

    Is there a permission setting I need to set to export reports?

    During a presentation I saw that sharing a Form has been rolled out. This was something I was waiting for. Thank you!

     

    Am I right that you always have to save the link to get to a shared form?

     

    I saw the behaviour that after opening a shared form that the form was listed in the screen with al my forms. But after hitting F5  the link was gone to the shared form.

    The diagram is vissible on the answer page where you make your form.
