What is included in my registration fee?

Your Summit ticket includes admission and full access to our keynotes, educational breakout sessions, exhibition hall and customer success area. It also includes all refreshments, meals (breakfast bites and two-course lunch) and VIP evening drinks reception.

Do you offer any discounts?

Our exclusive early bird pricing is now available. Grab your full-day conference ticket for just £149.99 + VAT. But hurry – this offer must end on Friday 23rd December 2016.

What payment options are available?

Service is very important to us, so we offer a range of payment options. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club and VISA. In addition to credit cards, you can also pay with debit and pre-paid cards issued by any of the card networks listed above. We also accept PayPal.

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?

After completing the online registration process, you will be asked to pay for your ticket. Once your payment has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during the registration process.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Onsite registration will open from 8:30am on Wednesday 1st March 2017. The final keynote will finish at approximately 17:15pm after which you will be invited to join our VIP drinks reception which will come to a close at 9pm.

What is the dress code?

All delegates are requested to wear business casual attire.

Do I need to book for the breakout sessions?

You do not have to book for any of the sessions. However, your enrollment in a session will be validated and scanned at the time of entry.

What do I do if I have a food allergy or dietary requirements?

Please contact the Summit team via [email protected] who will endeavor to accommodate your requests. All dietary requirements will need to be received in writing by no later than 5pm on Monday 20th February 2017.

What should I do if I need to cancel my ticket?

Unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend the dotmailer summit, you may transfer your ticket to another colleague by writing to Amie Lane via [email protected]. All transfer requests should be received no later than 17:00pm on Monday 27th February 2017.
