Zapier's been great at getting our Shopify sales over to Salesforce. The only problem I have is that it does not support multiple line items which makes us have to use Google Sheets to get all our products over from Shopify to Salesforce. I'm hoping that Zapier will eventually support multiple line items so we can cut out the Google Sheets part.
Zapier is amazing, happy that we can connect our Shopify store with our ActiveCampaign email system, to ensure that all our customers end up on our email list.

Zapier made it possible for us to connect shopify to google docs further enabling us to track our customer purchases of classes and courses in an easy to read document that we can safely share with our Instructors on a 15 minute refresh basis. Also, Zapier support helped in a way that was above and beyond what they actually advertise. That was and still is the reason why we continue to use Zapier! We have used Zapier for quite a while and been pleased with it.
Now that we are using it to connect our Hubspot website to our Shopify store and Infusionsoft we are Raving Fans of Zapier. It does so much more than I imagined.
Just this past week I was having trouble setting up some new Zaps and sent a tech support ticket and in a very short time Jose responded and we emailed back and forth, he is very patient and helpful and we resolved the issues.
We will be using Zapier for a long time to come and I have a feeling we have only begun to tap into the potential of it.

We've used Zapier for other non-Shopify integrations for a while now. Works great for automatically adding new orders to our Trello production queue.
I used zappier to automate
1) shopify to Xero's invoice,
2) shopify to Google spread sheet for customer records, tax, and order tracking,
3) shopify to MailChimp list
4) shopify to Shipstation for shipping label printing
Everything works like a chram!

From what I can tell they own this space along with OneSaas and Workato but we prefer Workato because it's Native to Salesforce. We are testing Zapier as a backup to see if it makes the process any easier...even though they are not Salesforce experts if it works then you can argue with that.
