Stunning place, great service and security from warm and friendly staff.

NYE was well executed, hardly any queues for drinks, bathrooms or food. Drink prices worked out to be about $12.50 AUS for a good quality spirit and mixer.

When we got hungry the fish and chips ($10 AUS) was fresh, with crunchy batter, tartare sauce and chips was cooked perfectly. Not easy to do with some 2,000-3,000 people!

Overcharged for NYE party, got a late ticket VIP Lounge ticket that's 4.6 or 4.8 million, it says we get a table and free buffet 9.30pm until 1am. Turns out, we showed up and the table were already full, we were there earlier and staff wouldn't even let us go up, and when we got up there at 9:30pm staff said they can't help us it's first come first serve and we were like "yeah but we were here earlier and we tried to come in and you said it's not open yet" and they were like ..."sorry can't help you", which was pretty weird, to let some customers get up here and not the people who actually paid a lot of money to be there. That's just when I lost the thing for Potato Head, the service is bad but it's the ambience that you wanna go for but I'm sorry, 4-5mil was just a rip off. I'll never come back here again. By the way the buffet is always running out a lot of people were complaining actually. And for the table, in the end we got lucky that a family let us join them on their table, but if you are ever thinking of paying that much, it's not worth it. Sorry for being so honest, but it's really what happened to us. Please take this review as something you can improve on otherwise just lower the ticket price when you can't guarantee the seats. It's false advertising.

Had a fantastic after noon @ the club waiting for the sun to set. Sampled a few cocktails during the process. Would recommend contacting the club and booking yourself a spot on the lawns or deck areas, especially if your going down with a family or looking to spend the arvo with some one special. Some of the areas require you to have a minimum spend if you'd like to sit in them and they are the prime spots to view from. The areas that don't require a minimum spend are great a...s well but they do fill up quickly. You will be paying more for your drinks, than you normally would in Bali, but it is an up market kind of venue. Fantastic the way it's layed out and the service and staff were top notch. This was my first visit to the club, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to just kick back and watch the sun set on another Bintand day .....

We got there just after 9am and there were still loads of day beds available so we were able to chose one close to the pool and in half shade. There is very strict security which is alarming when you're not used to it but we understand the need.
We were greeted by friendly staff at every turn and they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Example, they would hang people's towels out to dry and tidy the beds while people were enjoying the pool, so every time we came back to... the bed it was fresh and tidy. They also minded our bags etc and we felt very safe leaving bags, phones, wallets & passports! Out of our sight while in the pool. The food and drink was a very reasonable price and very tasty. When you consider the location, service and atmosphere, the minimum spend which is 50,000 idr is great value as we were there for four hours (which just flew by). We felt very lucky to be at Potato Head Beach Club as we do not have anything remotely close to this in New Zealand.
