DOESN'T WORK Everytime I get an email. Notification tells me but the app won't load the email and then crashes the whole phone to the point I have to take my battery out. Never use to be this bad but now I have to use my pc/laptop everytime I want to read my emails. Completely defeating the object of having this app in the first place.

Doesn't load messages, crashes. Since the last update it shows I have new messages, but when I open it, it's completely blank. It eventually crashes after running in the background for a few minutes. Previously it would at least show my old messages, but often it didn't show new messages despite get alerts. Not sure if just issue with O365. As far as usability goes, it's decent, but I could really use an unread items view as I autofolder my messages.

Usually 5* but today only 2*. Since a recent update my inbox messages are vanishing in android but are there on my laptop. Also items that are deleted are no longer appearing in the deleted box. Since this morning I am getting "No internet" when I log in despite full connectivity for all my other apps. Come on MS please sort out what is usually a brilliant app.

Buggy, buggy, buggy. Forgets my password. When I try to reauthorize the app force closes. I have to uninstall then reinstall but the whole process starts over. When I try to add Outlook calendar to a third party app it force closes. No other way to get Outlook calendar on my Nexus 6p so their calendar is useless. It's amazing that a company like Microsoft has spent years on an app that still doesn't qualify as a beta

Won't load any messages since last update which is a nightmare as I use it for work. Also, lots of my Sent messages say 'no recipient'. Was great before latest update. And now I keep getting the 'no Internet' message even though I clearly have a strong connection. Hope they can sort this mess out soon as I have always liked the app.

It's very buggy. 1) Always faces the no internet connection error. 2) Deleted calendar event stays on the app. 3) Email slow to show up after clicking notification bar. 4) Can't create or edit recurrence calendar event. 5) Pls add custom notification shade action like delete/archive. I just recently switched to Android from W10M and this app is really disappointing.

NOT WORKING SINCE LATEST UPDATE Get notifications of new emails - but they don't arrive in inbox since most recent update! Outlook says "no Internet connection" when I drag the inbox down to refresh - but I'm on my home WiFi with strong network signal and everything else is fine. All other apps working fine - just Outlook not working.

Since the recent update - consistently get "Not Internet connection" message, emails will not display, and if they do finally display there is no message notification. Combine that with the total lack of response from Microsoft to the multitude of complaints here, just may cause me to totally discontinue use of this service permanently.

Horrible software ! Designed to make you miss important emails. No way to set up notifications when emails arrive in a folder other than inbox. No way to update password after it was changed by the elsewhere. Now can't even set up an account. Just says "an error has occured"... Another garbage Microsoft product. What do you spend your billions on??

Lacking Basic functionality is there most of the time, but lacks some key ones (e.g. forwarding of invites) to meet expectations. Crashes and stops updating email and calendar randomly, which can be rather annoying and damaging. Work oriented email apps really need to work 99,9% of the time. Look elsewhere unless you are forced into the MS ecosystem.

The latest update has completely fubared outlook. Not only does it keep asking for the password it doesn't show my emails properly. I've even deleted and reinstalled the app it don't seem to make any difference and now it keeps saying no Internet connection on WiFi and 4g. What the Fkuc happened

--Can't paste email addresses' in. --Can't copy text unless you click forward first. --When messages are in a string the reply/forward button you have to keep clicking as it keeps collapsing the message and not giving the dropdown. --message notifications come in but messages don't. --No shared calendars. --Obvious it's a single guy booting up his windows 3.1 computer making this. --either that or they are going for the infinite monkey approach.

Outlook is good at consolidating different email accounts. And it performs pretty well. The search is atrocious. I have got only couple of good results and had to go back Gmail to get the mail I was looking. Fix the search please. Also can we have themes? I would love a dark Outlook

Ok but problems displaying emails Often will see the notification about an email along with the title and content. Press it to read it and it does not appear in the app. Regularly says "no Internet connection" when there is and other apps work fine. Finally, it is slow typing emails with considerable lag sometimes. I am using a Sony Xperia Z5 premium.

Last update flaky DO NOT UPDATE. This version is a bad one. My inbox shows as a white screen. Maybe 10 minutes later I see emails... I'm lucky if it responds to opening, or if the email displays at all. Bad show guys...You've really buggered this up. Rollback store version to last version please.

STOP making this app worse and worse AGAIN this already useless app has been tampered with, under the guise of "improving" it, and it's now worse than ever. Emails received won't load, so just a blank page, also says 'no internet connection' when there's perfect connection. I've had enough now, so will uninstall permanently and use the suoerior, trouble free Gmail app.

Calendar now empty! Plus older issues: When I send an email my phone volume reduces. Strange!! Also, I get so frustrated that the spell check doesn't work like Android. I have to keep going back and deleting text.

Loved it at first, but now it won't sync my emails and even though I can see when a new email arrives, when I open the app it says I have no internet connection! Sometimes I have to wait up to 10 mins before I can access an email that popped up on the notifications previously. This is for work too, so I can't afford to miss emails. Really frustrating!

Well it was working amazingly until today... Now its signed me out and is telling me to log in, I log in then it tells me I need to accept a terms agreement so I click confirm, then it tells me my email/ password is inncorrect and kicks me back out even though its the right email and password... Not impressed

-- Keyboard irregularities still occur if replying after expanding the message text you're replying to, after 2 years still! -- Search email finally fixed after a year. -- all People contacts are synced from all accounts even though the Sync switch is off for my accounts. -- And still after 2 years can't edit or define private/public switch in a calendar item, can't edit or define recurring calendar items. -- And can't edit contacts. I thought Outlook was supposed to replace Sunrise? It's been what, a year?

STOP CHANGING THE APP! After countless complaints raised about every update ever made on this app they still can't get anything right. It's for reading emails! Leave it alone! Since the latest 'update' emails no longer load. That makes this app entirely pointless. Just go through Google, you'll actually be able to read your emails then.....UPDATE and now it just says there is no internet connection. Obvs is if I'm writing this!

Syncing is inconsistent. I have to reser my accounts a minimum of 3 times per week do to calendar alerts just stopping. Terrible that you have to miss something to figure out your app is so bad. Looking for a reliable alternative.

Hi guys the app was working and I liked it. Now there are some problems again the first problem is that it keeps on saying that I'm not connected to the the internet, second problem is that my messages in my inbox dissaper and the third problem is that it will not display the message properly.

Why Microsoft? Why? You know the phrase, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? Nothing is more apt than the horrendous recent update I've received. Repeatedly asked to enter my password and doesn't load my messages correctly. Why mess with a simple email app??

New update ruined everything It kept asking me to reenter my onedrive password yet every time it told me it's the wrong passpord, yet it's the correct one. I have now changed my password and it still tells me it's wrong. I could not use this app now. Fix it plz. It's so annoying. Also the stupid customer support is so dumb. She stoped replying after two replies, she's died maybe

(1/18/17) Recent update has degraded performance. Almost 15 min to load email list. 10 min to load a message...(12/19/16)It is getting better, still very slow on folder switch, and landscape to portrait. Would change it higher if you make it at least as fast as OWA. (11/4/16) It is getting worse on indexing. Crashes frequently, especially on new emails. Does not work well with importing from camera.

New update - nothing works in the app Says there is no connection but there is. Keeps asking me to log in. Notifications for spam, but not new email in inbox. Does not load emails. If notified of email, does not list in the folder. Does not list emails in folder - have to download them again. Why alter the app interface/functions when they worked??? Just patch the security and fix the bugs and leave it alone. ZERO STARS.

Updated and now unusable Cannot type an email without screen virtually locking and only allows me to type a character every 10 seconds. On second thoughts the product is now completely unusable on my phone. Really really crappy!

Most recent update has truly made this app unusable. Had grown to like it in the past over other email apps. However, updates often caused way more problems than they should have solved. Loading a 30sec blank screen and eventually crashing has brought this app to the sad rating of or star for me at this point. Frustrating, as I really had enjoyed it but looks as if I'm going to have to move on if I want access to my mail without frustration. Unfortunate.

It doesn't work after latest update. Get new mail notification but mail is missing and get told I've no Internet connection when refreshing. I'm on WiFi and browsing Web on my surface and can access Facebook on my phone no bother. Fix it please... a mail application that can't show new mail is broken

This app does not sync with my contacts, not even the ones that are stored in my Outlook account. The calendar function is not reliable, sometimes an appointment I set through the app will sync to my desktop application, othertimes it does not. Some appointments have disappeared altogether. There is no way to set reminders about calendar appointments like the desktop application (e.g. ringing 5 mins before). But this app works great for basic email as long as you don't need to find a contact.

BUGGY AS A HELL Just tried this app after staying away for long watching the rating... Now I my experience is pain in the A....S. seriously. Bugs like. 1.Problem in adding mail accounts, took me 6 to 12 attempts for each mail accounts out of 7. 2. Problems in swipe menu sometimes disappeares. 3. Fails in updating the folders of every mail.. DEVELOPER NEEDS TO WORK ALLOT... DIDN'T EXPECTED THIS FROM SOFTWARE GIANT MICROSOFT. IT'S A SHAME

Regularly logs me out Which is sort of annoying when you don't have access to your password. The calendar function is also completely useless. It allows me to pick my default calendar, but nothing ever shows up

GARBAGE AFTER UPDATE! After update i can no longer access my email-keep asking me to re-enter pw with a grayish screen. I uninstall and reinstall. Now im stuck with grayish scree. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER-😤

Interesting update especially with the tagging in body of message. I have yet to try it but not really sure about the difference between tagging and CC. Biggest problem I have now though is in the sent box, where it used to show recipients, it now says no recipients for all messages until you click that specific message and back out to all sent messages, it then shows the message recipients. If you back out of sent box and go back to sent box, recipients of all messages again show as no recipients.

DO NOT UPDATE New update renders the app unusable. More often than not inbox won't load (white screen only) and even when list does load it will not open any emails. So frustrating when I mainly use my phone to keep my emails organised and filed!!!! Would have given 0 stars if I could

This latest build is broken on so many levels... Emails are blank when i open them, the calendar isn't updating. When I get an email and I click on in the notification tray i sometimes you get an error "couldn't open message". There is also no clear distinction between an email and a meeting invite, it's easy to miss the small RSVP button. Also cancelled emails are not removed from the calendar... I expect better Microsoft, your updates for Outlook keep getting worse.

Unable to download pictures to folders on phone It really doesn't make sense that they can't fix the picture download issue. Also, I don't like how my mailbox is divided. Give us back the older app.
