i've updated a new content in my site. I updated a few photos in several days ago. Now, WordPress is suspending my site. What's wrong with my new content?

Sorry you haven't been helped yet, I think there haven't been as many helpers on the forums (esp wp staff) the last several days because of the holidays, so might require extra patience...

(Unfortunately I think it can sometimes work against you to 'bump' unanswered posts up because overworked volunteers or staff might assume someone has already helped you if the post has more than one comment!)

Do you mean "upload images"? You are trying to move images from your computer to your WordPress.com site, not move them from your WordPress.com to your computer, correct?

What happens when you try? Are you getting an error message?

Please help!

Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).

Also keep in mind that once changed, any links on the internet to your old URL will no longer work.

A better plan might be to set up a custom domain for your site. By doing that, you could pick a URL that reflected your current work, and also keep any old links active.

If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might consider starting a new site with your preferred name rather than changing the name of your existing site.

I can't get the mailchimp popup widget to work properly. It came up a couple of times, then stopped working. My client's site is:
clarityworksonline.com I have the widget placed in the site footer. I have the visibility set to Show if: Page is Page, so that it will show up the first time on any page. I've been working on this for hours, so any help is greatly appreciated

I am currently unable to use the above address as my web address. It became corrupted and I had to delete the config files. I own the above domain.

Please go to https://wordpress.com/post with the same browser and see if it offers to restore a post. If a restore button appears, that means a local copy was saved in your browser and you may be able to recover it.

If the post was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Pages > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needed.

I recommend:
1. Always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > Add New and pages at Dashboard > Pages > Add New
If you have cookies enabled on your browser your preference will be saved unless or until your clear your cookies, and it will take you to the classic editor automatically every time you create a new post via the drop-down menu in the black admin bar or edit a post via the edit button on the blog itself.

2. Immediately after creating a post and entering a title click the save draft link. Thereafter, "click save draft" frequently.

3. Always allow pages to fully load before clicking any other links.

4. Never leave a post or page open for content creation or editing and walk away from it, or open another tab in the same blog and work on something else while it is still open. Save it properly and return to edit it later.

Here's how to deactivate your account:
