Ah the pinnacle landmark of a San Francisco experience!  Even though I am a local, I still am in awe of structure.  Come from the north or south side of it is a great view.

I recommend taking a boat cruise to get the view from the water or renting a bike to cross the bridge.

Make sure to bring your jacket on cold days! and a camera!

This is my 2nd visit here. 1st  time I came I purchased a JBL Eon 12" speaker for my academy.  Good experience. This time I came to purchase lights and a fog machine for my holiday party at my academy.  The gentleman that worked with me was a young guy, chubby with glasses. I forgot his name. Wasn't so helpful. On his phone often while talking to me about the lights and equipment. He is more worried about the texts than helping a customer. Bad service.  Get off your phone if youre on the sales floor.

Came here for the Happy Hour oysters! Didn't wanna share though, because I'm shellfish like that ;)

Went here as a last-minute decision, but was pleasantly surprised! This place is located along the pier a bit off to the side from the busier parts. The place was very clean, and the servers were extremely polite and attentive!! It appears that they are a sports bar because there were multiple TV's mounted along the walls.

Disclaimer - I'm not a huge oyster expert, and I haven't tried that many places, but these were the sweetest ones that I've ever had before. The oysters came with horseradish and a type of red sauce, both of which really helped to bring out the flavor of the oysters :) A few of the oysters had a bit of sand in them though - not sure if that means they weren't washed all the way or if it's just hard to really get all of the sand removed.

Overall, I would definitely go to this place again! I read on some of the other reviews that people were complaining about the bathrooms. To be fair, they have a sign posted saying how the bathrooms are public and belong to the city government. That makes sense because the bathrooms are located in a hallway where other shops have access as well. I didn't think the bathrooms were that unclean anyways, but just stating that even if they were, it's not their fault !!

They are going through some renovations when I visited. I had food from the Indian restaurant and my buddy ate the burger joint across from it. Both meals were good. I liked that all the places had water readily available for people to help themselves.  Very clean overall during renovations.
