The Dude
They say there was a big bang. I do not know for sure. What I do know is that I was at the leading end of an explosion, and it wasn't pretty. But, the landing was, and so was the world I came into. Or at least the world that was coming into its own. I was there. I made it happen. I am The Dude.
The Dude* is the official FusionCharts mascot. His birth was a hat tip to our developers who tirelessly hack away at creating awesomeness. The Dude has grown to define our very own essence. Our curiosity that questions existing practices. Our pioneering spirit that does, learns, and improves. Our determination that never, never gives up...and then some. And the pure joy we share in making our world more delightful.

Pallav Nadhani
Pallav is the co-founder and CEO of FusionCharts. He started FusionCharts at the age of 17 without any external funding. Today, FusionCharts has over 23,000 customers and 500,000 developers. His entrepreneurial journey has been covered by various magazines like Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Today, Economic Times and numerous blogs & websites.
Pallav holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh, UK. He has co-authored a book on combining the power of Flash and .NET called 'Flash.NET' in 2002 and has written several technical articles for international journals ever since.
He loves traveling, cricket and poker.
Kisor Nadhani
Kisor's 35 years of business experience spans across multiple domains including trading, construction and technology. Prior to FusionCharts, he was running another software product company providing accounting solutions to Enterprise customers. He has authored more than 15 books on accounting and other business applications, including a bestseller in India.
He loves food, cricket and traveling.

Nilanjan
Looks like Einstein, only with black hair. Works silently throughout the day. This silence is only broken at exactly 5 in the evening when the birds chirp, the leaves rustle and his voice breaks through the silence to ask, "Pizza?"
Rahul
Rahul speaks very little, and when he does speak, you need to strain your ears to hear what he is saying. That said, most people do consult him on any problem they face, because he is the man with answers to pretty much everything.
Sumita
Forever eighteen. Can fire rapid questions at you in the funniest way imaginable.
Sumantra
Though he pursued audio wave editing, nothing could interrupt his natural talent for contours and designs. A cartoon's envy. Our pride.
Rohit
Works for a group of black hat detectives. Has been photographing and videotaping everything that happens in office. He is Rahul's brother (really!).
Sanjoy
Always working and always has a smile on his face. He is friendly, but chooses not to talk much. Makes everyone happy at the end of the month (no points for guessing how)!
Ayan
Ayan is the quiet one, who works hard and smiles occasionally. Our best guess is that his surroundings are to be blamed for this.
Pallab
Pallab Is simple, straightforward and humble. He can smell pizza in the remotest corner of the office. Probably picked up the knack from Nilanjan.
Sankuman
Always has a mischievous smile to complement the gleam in his eyes. He is a lady killer on the phone. Attacks food with a vengeance as soon as he gets home from office.
Smitanjana
Sweet and strict at the same time. Always has a lingering smile on her face as she thinks that's the only curve that makes things straight.
Uttam
Uttam is friendly, jolly and punctual. Talks to you only if you talk to him first. Likes to believe that nobody has landed on the moon till date, and that it was all an elaborate hoax.
Nibir
Can easily spend the rest of his life with his computer. Always tries to make his goals in life very clear. Often plays cupid, and quite successfully, too!
Swarnam
A doting mom, movie freak and hard core Scoliodentosaurophobic (for the uninitiated: specific fear of lizards). Hates to be idle on weekends and fanatically believes that retail therapy is the best stress buster.
Soma
Resourceful and reliable, efficient and effective. Is too polite to manage difficult people.
Bikramjit
He once single-handedly nabbed a gun-toting robber and became an overnight celebrity. Hates irresponsible people, fears his Dad and loves to spend quality time with his family.
Swastik
Aspired to be a soldier and ended up becoming a software developer. Dating extraordinaire - likes to date old or new girlfriends with the same elan and ease. Fears the luck factor and hates rude people.
Niladri
Considers himself "A guy-next-door". He talks, eats and sleeps less than most, but is trying to make up for those by going out on multiple short trips in the near future.
Santu
As a teenager, he wanted to be a movie director or a musician, because he thought they are fun jobs that could help him make lots of money. Spends his weekends oversleeping. This Pizza freak is on a continual quest for perfection as he feels his greatest accomplishments are always ahead of him.
Indranil
The only non-foodie in our team who can make do with just sweet corn soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. While in his teens, he aspired to become a super model (may be the reason why he has food aversion). Holds a championship title from Bengal Martial Arts, so we should probably stop here!
Diptarag
Wanted to become Albus Dumbledore in his teens. This Bengali-food fanatic enjoys watching cricket but when it comes to playing, sticks to Counter Strike. He got over his fear of snakes by scaring one with his untidiness.
Sutanuka
Sutanuka… find it difficult to pronounce... Tanu will do. Seems serious but be rest assured that she is a fun-loving person who talks loud, laughs loud, giggles loud and almost all while she works. The only thing she is damn serious about is reading, well, the "Harry Potter" kind.
Pradipta
He is a singer in our team. He likes playing both indoor and outdoor games. He is generally very quiet, but has an uncanny ability to closely observe people.
Seema
Seema achieved the remarkable feat of completing her Chartered Accountancy exams post marriage. She loves Italian food, enjoys good music and would like to see the world one day.
Moonmi
Loves sketching and making awesome coffee. She always up for an adventure. In her free time, she can be found either trying to remember significant events in Cricket history or learning Kannada language.
Avijit
While in school, Avijit skipped paying the bus fare for 3 consecutive days (No, he didn't get caught, we believe!). He likes hanging out with friends, watching TV and would like to go on a jungle trip with a tiger… yes you read that right!
Sanjana
She aspires to win a booker prize someday and the rest of the time when she is not thinking on her book idea, you would probably find her watching a SRK movie. Beware of criticizing SRK movies in front of her as she wouldn't think twice about killing you on that note.
Arkaprovo
An absolute beach freak – he is always up for random trips to sea beaches though he can't swim and is allergic to sunlight. An absolute foodie who loves meeting new people and exploring new cultures - and by "culture" he generally means "food."
Debraj
The singer, dancer and prankster… An absolute movie buff with a desire to travel and see the world featured on top of his bucket list. Oh, and did we tell you that he once forgot a script during a stage play? Oops!
Subhash
Quiet as the dew but likes to observe people. A self-driven programmer who likes to dabble in technologies, old and new. Cherishes a dream of designing a game someday which will be played by thousands of people across the globe.
Dishank
Meet Dishank - an athlete, a fitness freak and a jolly good dancer. Put on the music and you will find him right on the floor. But none of his interests are more than his endeavors to impress pretty ladies. He even once fell off from his motorcycle in front of a group of them while trying to stun them.
Jithesh
There's Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, and Miss Marple, and then there’s our own Jithesh. Cracking down two cases of theft during his school days earns him the opportunity to join this league of "Black Hat Detectives".
Souvik
Souvik is another addition to our football fanatic club. He had once captained his college team, leading them to a victory in the inter-college tournament. While not exactly a cynophobe, dogs do haunt him. Might be because of the number of stitches he got from one.
Chinmoy
This computer geek can survive the severest of survival challenges, and even forego his food, if he has his computer with him. When he is not busy coding or playing cricket, you will find him planning for his vacation. A self-sponsored around the world tour is already on his bucket list.
Akash
Harbors a wish to travel the length and breadth of the country and paint his ride with the signatures of one habitant from each of the states. By the way, he has another fancy he wishes to be excellent at... wine tasting.
Ayan
You need not be a food connoisseur to love food, but love food for the sake of food. Did that confuse you? Meet Ayan. Food is his first and only love, with "Chicken Biryani" and "Mishti" topping his list of favorites.
Piyush
Piyush dreamt to be reckoned amongst the good old names of Munshi Premchand and Krishna Sobti. He had once delved into his culinary skills by preparing a simple cup of tea for his guests and all his folks could conclude is that he may be an author but not a chef!
Ayekpam
If you swear by "Har ek friend zaroori hota hai" you will love Kishan. If we say he believes friends can be as good as family, it is an understatement. Families of his friends detest him, though, for some unknown reason! Chooses to talk less but always talk good.
Arnab
An extreme foodie and a gadget freak, Arnab is all hysteric when it comes to photography. While Arachnophobia is one side of him, the other side claims to have had experienced out-of-body experiences – aka "astral trips".
Suvradip
A gaming addict, Suvradip is fond of DOTA 2, CS 1.6, FIFA, NFS… the list goes on. If asked to describe himself the first thing that comes to his mind is Phasmophobia (fear of ghosts for the uninitiated). We are yet to find out whether he has ever encountered any of them, though.
Poushali
Believes in never giving up one’s dreams. This Powerpuff Girl has a long list of achievements, which include getting her college friends and faculty to organize and participate in a cultural fest, much against her principal's wishes. Winning carom and chess matches is her habit, by hook and mostly by crook!
Sayan
An athlete, who was a champion racer in his school days. Prefers to talk the least; rather he prefers to listen to your concerns. He’s also a movie buff, who once locked himself in his room with movies for four days and even gave up on food and sleep!
Ranajit
Chooses to talk little and only to those he likes. His grave habit of talking little actually once led him to forget his speech when he went up on stage to deliver one! He firmly believes that the best way to control depression is meditation, and has made it a practice.
Kingshuk
Has a track record of maintaining the relationship with each and every friend he came across, since childhood. That’s kind of hard to believe but we can't challenge the fact either, given how friendly he is. His biggest nightmare is to wake up one day and find himself jobless.
Gagan
An all-time foodie, who loves travelling and adventures. Needless saying, he also loves to interact with almost everyone he comes across during his brief expeditions. Enthusiastic, a big picture thinker and your one stop solution, that is Gagan for you.
Soumya
A volleyball-pro with wanderlust, a devil-may-care attitude and lots of wit to top it all off, Soumya can add life to any random conversation. He has a creative side too, being a devout musician, an aspiring writer and a passionate poet, all rolled into one.
Akash
A sports freak, table tennis addict, and football fanatic - Akash is all of that, but prefers to work hard and party harder. He once got into a ladies’ accessory store to buy his friend a gift and was nearly martyred for admiring a “bracelet”, which happened to be an ear loop!
Anik
Brave Anik once managed to gate-crash a nuptial celebration, only to get caught at the end. If that was not enough, his neighboring chai-wala once handed him his tea along with a cigarette (a daily ritual) in front of his father! Talk about bad luck!
Arpan
Arpan is a passionate cricket lover and plays the gentleman's game with equal zeal to lead his team to victory even when the situation is not as promising. But what makes him crazier is Game of Thrones. Well, he had his heart in his mouth till Jon Snow managed to win the last battle.
Ayan
Ayan is never disheartened by failure and treats them as learning opportunities instead. Loves to read comic books and hone his culinary skills in his spare time. Deeply interested in studying paranormal activities, but deathly afraid of facing a zombie apocalypse someday!
Nakshatra
Quest for the source of overabundant energy and a healthy mind has intrigued humans since ages, and Nakshatra discovered his in food, code, and music. He is also an ardent PC gamer, and booting up a new game always keeps his spirits high.
Prerana
Prerna (whose name means inspiration) often inspires others with her strong work ethic. A friendly, God-fearing soul, this past Rotarion was a carom champ in college. Did we mention she once swallowed an orange seed as a child and feared it would grow into a tree, right inside her tummy?
Debayan
A self-learner, Debayan taught himself to play the harmonica and his brother’s guitar without any kind of formal training. Presently has his heart set on mastering the flute. Recalls the time he forgot to carry his wallet while treating friends at a restaurant as his most embarrassing moment till date.
Sumit
Lively, energetic, sociable, audacious and probably with a prank or two up his sleeves. Yup, you just described Sumit. An excellent friend to have around, except when you bring ice cream. He'll probably eat a whole block in less than 30 minutes without bothering to share.
Jiten
Jiten, a serious footballer, took to the game not for the mere love of it but just to lose weight. In his school days, he once got reprimanded by one of his school teachers for referring to her as hot-headed. Psst… he may have forgotten to mention "headed"!
Anindya
An absolute foodie, Anindya confesses that the sight of something that promises to tickle his taste buds makes his other senses numb. He is also a quick learner though, and once secured a runner up position in Table Tennis in college, by learning the game for just about a month.
Pratyush
Pratyush once froze on stage when asked to dance at the school farewell. However, he later made up for it by planning an entire skit with his team. Deeply respectful of elders, he avoids smoking or drinking in their presence. Luckily, we don't think anyone here qualifies as an "elder".
Krishanu
Krishanu has a habit of getting engaged in a new hobby every other month, and has tried his hand at everything from blogging and cooking to making small toys and scented candles. He has also been a passionate gamer and a voracious reader for the last two decades.
Souvik
An experimental cook with a funny bone, Souvik is well known for his carefree, down to earth nature. Once stayed awake for 2.5 days at a stretch during his MCA exams! Loves to overcome his fears; in fact, he once went bungee jumping, just to combat his fear of heights!
Bhaskar
Bhaskar holds the rank of 1st Dan Black Belt in Kyokushin Kai Kan Karate and was the All India Middle Weight Champion at one point of time. He loves to travel and learn new things. His most embarrassing moment? Falling off his motorcycle in front of a beautiful girl in college!
Sayani
Fun-loving, emotional and introvert by nature, Sayani is an absolute animal lover; in fact, she fought with her parents for years to welcome Scooby (her pet pug) into her life! Loves the combination of chilled beer and oven-fresh pizza. May commit homicide if you mention anything against SRK.
Debargho
Fun loving, adventurous and an avid traveler, Debargho is also a highly skilled photographer; so much so that one of his shots was published in National Geographic. Has the habit of consuming 500 grams of chicken and 5 eggs every day. His greatest fear? Being stranded alone with zombies!
