- Checks: A check is our word for Monitor. At Pingdom you can monitor your website every minute frpm different locations and it counts as just one check.
- 1 min interval: The check interval, how often your site or server is monitored by our system, can range from once every minute to once every hour.
- Public Status Page: Gives you option to make some or all of your Pingdom monitoring results public, promoting transparency with your users.
- Check tags: Tags make it easier to group and filter specific checks.
- Select Test Location: Choose from which location, or locations, you want to monitor your website.
- Transaction Checks: Ensure important transactions like signup, search, or cart checkout on your website aren’t slow or broken.
- Real User Monitoring (RUM): Gain valuable insight into the performance of your website from actual visitors to deliver a better experience.
- Sites: number of websites sending RUM data back to your Pingdom account. Note: subdomains are included at no additional charge for Professional and Enterprise plans.
- Page views: Number of real user page views per month collected by our RUM tool.
- RUM Tags: Allows you to filter results in a RUM report
- Real User Error Monitoring: Allows you to detect errors that occur in a visitor’s browser when navigating your website.
- Basic Alerting: If your website is down, alert your contacts via email, SMS, or with in-app messages.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
If you cancel your Pingdom subscription within 14-days of signing up you will not be charged anything. It's completely free. If you want to keep using the account, you don't need to do anything and you will be billed for the following subscription period after the first 14-days have passed. You can cancel your account at any time after that but you are responsible for any charges that have occurred before you cancelled the subscription.
Do I get a 14-day free trial if I upgrade an existing account?
If you upgrade from an existing account you are not eligible for the 14-day free trial. The 14-day free trial only applies when you sign up for a new paid account.
Can I change plans for an existing account?
Yes. You can easily change plans yourself inside our control panel at any time.
What types of payment do you accept?
Pingdom accepts credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Invoice payment available for Professional and Enterprise plans.
