I joined newgrounds about 10 years ago, and although I spent a good chunk of that time not on the site, I'm back on on my old account and am having fun revisiting old memories and ideas. Back then, I was heavily into photoshop, Macromedia Flash 8, software coding, and networking. I was always a musician at heart, but at that point of my life, still being a growing kid, i wasn't so sure what I wanted to do. I didn't have a solid foundation of knowledge for graphic design and coding, and being one to hate reading books and love trying weed when it's first offered to you, I went back down the music path and took some time off of new grounds and left my computer interests behind... until I got into Audio Engineering at the end of highschool! Into m first year of college, I realized the audio was more of a calling for me for now. And now here I am, telling the story!
Newgrounds has always been a great part of my childhood, even though i did nothing but shitpost and annoy mods, i learned a lot - now I want to give back to the community that helped grow my branches of knowledge!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Animator Kira and I am the owner of the Studio, Studio Code Blank.
Currently, we are looking for more storyboarding, coloring, background, concept or any sort of artist/animator to join us, of any level! We currently have forty on the team, including voice actors and other artists, however, we would like to continue to grow so we can produce high quality episodes quicker!

More information:
The group is 31 voice actors, with the group going to double in the next week with the introduction of more characters. Currently, the story is 22 main chapters, each being 1 episode long. The first episode is scheduled to come out in December, with the novel coming out in September. Each character has a voice actor already, and most artwork has been done.What is left is storyboarding and animating the project.

Summary of Story:
Project Broken, the world of Velinhim, 12 nations stand together under one cause. Eliminate the source of the rot, the source of destruction and death, Yoichi Onigaru. Each nation has their own view on him, a monster, a tyrant, a lonely child, or a shinigami. Yoichi, however, has a view on them himself.

"The world is brutal... It doesn't accept anyone different... Those who are different, are never to survive in this world..."

Accepting his fate, as he was born different in this world, those who once tried to kill him in the past, will forever know his grudge against him.

The work began only back in May, and since then, voice actors have been hired, as well as artists, writing of all 22 episodes and the opening and ending has been mixed. Scripting has finished and episode 1 has been completed! Whats left is 21 episodes of storyboarding and animation.

Questions:
How much will I be paid?
Everyone from the voice actors, to the directors and animators are not being paid! However, after the first episode is published to our youtube channel, with over 300 subscribers and 200k+ views total, we will put out a patreon and monitize our videos, from there, whatever is made will first be given to animators then the main voice actors, and trickle down from there.

How much do I have to contribute?
From doing an entire episode of storyboarding, to even only 30 seconds of storyboarding, or anywhere inbetween, you can take as much as you want or can handle. Many of the artists have real jobs and only can contribute a hour of work per day, which is still great!

How much expertise do I need?
If you can draw a person or animal, or even buildings, then thats fine. The person can be just a rough sketch, with little details for storyboarding, or actual people, or even just rough animation. First year of animation, second year or more! All is welcome!

What do I need?
Everything needs to be drawn digitally! You also need a gmail for the scripts and stories, since everything is on Google drive.

Hello! I'm Andre Daniel and I'm 17. I'm addicted to AS2, so all my creations are in it. However, I plan to learn more languages in the future.

I do basic flash experiments such as tank game, making a texture pack system, tile based pathfinding, 3D world-based pong, and work on many self-projects such as a Music lyric writer, split screen two player games, and even tackled multiplayer tests in Flash.
I'm looking for anyone that has basic/advanced knowledge in AS2 Flash (Actionscript 2) and ideas of their own, with the intent of as simple as experimenting projects together, to making fun games. Like sharing ideas and projects and seeing where it goes.

AS2 is the only language I can say I know (if it even is considered one), so I won't be able to use Java etc.

Hello, I want to make a top-down-zelda-like game. I have been working on the Tileset and characters for quite a while now. I will also be making the music,soundeffects, storyline and animations, so all I need is a programer. Tho for this game I would like to have a half-random-generated map, which means that a random-generator shall put these 160x144pixel map parts, that I create, together. The game should be rogue like so that when u die you start over and have a new generated map.

What you need to be able to do:

-Character movement
-Character collisions (walls, enemies)
-simple fighting system (hit and kill)
-textboxes for talking to npc's
-enemie/npc behavior (moving arround, walking towards you, shooting, hitting)
-Random generator, which we can simplyfy, depending on how easy/hard it is to make
-1 boss battle
-adding soundeffects and music
-map camera movement like in zelda
-maybe a level editor: depends on how we want to make the game understand what is a wall and what not, and how it puts the map parts together.

There is no payment but if this turns out to be cool, I would like to take this project and make a bigger game out of it, which I would put on steam greenlight.

So I wanted to look for people to make a manga with me and someone said that collabinate is probably a good place to make collabs. So, the informations of my manga is simple... well not complicated.

A white ball is growing in all the universe until it's all white. Humanity is turning unconscious because of this light ball. When they wake up, they can create what they think of if they know the content of it. Just appearing like this in front of them, Pop ! Normally, humans will take up to 30 seconds to create an item of 30cm squared, but our main character is able to create objects from all lenght in less than 1 second and he doesn't even need to know the content. Obviously, nobody can do it infinitlely, because creating objects eats the conscience until you fall and get UNconscious. The main character is not the only one to do this, because there is 3 other mages (for now) that are rivals because they'll never think the same way at all. So, I need an artist that has a lot of creativity to help me with all of this. This is an unpaid job, so don't expect money after or in the creation.

My name is Braydon and I work for various big names on YouTube, creating short and simple cartoons based off of audio I am provided with. In order to produce these animations at a faster rate, I am looking to bring 1-2 more animators onto my small production team. I had a post here about this a while ago and have since hired two animators, but a couple more would be great!

The requirements are as follows. You:

· Must be readily available for work and able to stick to deadlines (some leniency with deadlines is possible, but not with every video)

· Must use Adobe Flash CS6 or earlier
