We are currently investigating an issue which causes some Deals data to be displayed incorrectly. Reports showing Deal Progress, Forecast or Closed Amounts may be showing incorrect or incomplete data.
Our team has identified the issue and is working on a fix. No data has been lost.

Email processing in HubSpot is now back to normal. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem with our email tracking database and the incident has now been fully resolved.

Investigating -
HubSpot's email tools are experiencing delays sending and processing data for sent emails. Emails currently being sent, may take longer than normal to complete. Emails recently sent may not show up-to-date stats in the post-send screen. List segmentation based on email data may also be delayed. We’re actively investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.

From about 1:32pm - 2:14pm EDT, a subset of HubSpot content apps, including email unsubscription pages, failed to load. Additionally, a small subset of HubSpot hosted content may have had issues loading during this time period. We have implemented a fix, and all HubSpot hosted content and HubSpot content apps are loading normally at this time.

We are currently monitoring an issue where engagements on the Deal record were not appearing correctly in the deal timeline between 4.33pm EST and 6.05pm EST.
No data has been lost. The engagements are now loading as expected and we are continuing to monitor this issue.
