Kanye West dodged all the holiday shopping madness, and opted for the peace and quiet of a movie theater ... but it didn't help his mood.

'Ye slipped into something comfy for movie night in Westlake Village, CA -- not far from the house he and Kim are renovating. Obviously, he could use a feel-good flick right about now.

Best we can tell, he either saw 'Rogue One' or "Sing" ... he's a big fan of animated movies. Whichever it was, Kanye left looking unimpressed.

Seems more like an "Assassin's Creed" guy to us, anyway.

Ivanka Trump just had a bumpy start to her Xmas holiday ... an out-of-control passenger on her flight began verbally berating her and "jeering" at her 3 kids.

Ivanka was on a JetBlue flight leaving JFK Thursday morning with her family when a passenger started screaming, "Your father is ruining the country." The guy went on, "Why is she on our flight? She should be flying private." The guy had his kid in his arms as he went on the tirade.

A passenger on the flight tells TMZ Ivanka ignored the guy and tried distracting her kids with crayons.  

JetBlue personnel escorted the unruly passenger off the flight. As he was removed he screamed, "You're kicking me off for expressing my opinion?!!"

BTW ... Ivanka, her family and bunch of cousins were all in coach.

8:35 AM PT -- JetBlue just released a statement, saying, "The decision to remove a customer from a flight is not taken lightly. If the crew determines that a customer is causing conflict on the aircraft, the customer will be asked to deplane, especially if the crew feels the situation runs the risk of escalation during flight. Our team worked to re-accommodate the party on the next available flight."

7:48 AM PT -- The husband of the unruly passenger tweeted an hour before the plane took off, "Ivanka and Jared at JFK T5, flying commercial. My husband chasing them down to harass them."

Bella Thorne and Charlie Puth were not meant to last ... mostly because she's allegedly still dating Tyler Posey.

Charlie is now publicly apologizing to Tyler and breaking it off with Bella, saying ... "I'm just removing myself from this." Charlie says Bella told him she was not with Posey anymore, but he found out otherwise.

He also tweeted, "I don't know Tyler personally, but I know he shouldn't be treated this way."

Bella and Charlie were spotted packing on the PDA earlier this week. It looked weird to a lot of fans who thought she was still with Tyler. Seems like they were right.

10:50 AM PT -- Bella just clapped back to the rumors, saying, "Ty and I have been broken up for like two weeks and charlie and I ARENT DATING we are friends. That article was written forever ago."

First responders rushed to Valerie Fairman initially thinking she might have suffered a heart attack ... but once on scene there were signs of possible drug abuse.

TMZ got the dispatch call to the fire dept and EMS Wednesday night in Coatesville, PA ... and the call went out as a "cardiac arrest" -- but about 10 minutes later the dispatcher changes the call to a "possible DOA."

She also says paramedics are going to need containers for needles. As we've reported ... it appears the "16 and Pregnant" star died of an overdose. She'd battled drug addiction for many years.

Valerie Fairman was desperately trying to get clean for years before she died from a suspected overdose ... according to her mother.

Valerie's mom, Janice Fairman, tells TMZ her daughter checked into 5 different rehab treatment facilities over the last 5 years, but she fell off the wagon every time. She says the last time was just a few months ago ... after Valerie had served time in prison for a probation violation.

Janice tells us she last spoke with Valerie a week and a half ago, and while they didn't discuss her sobriety, Janice says Valerie sounded "way up" and "very good."

As we reported ... Valerie died Wednesday while visiting a friend Pennsylvania. Janice says she does not know the friend.

Valerie Fairman -- the 23-year-old star from the reality show "16 and Pregnant" -- has died and her family tells TMZ it appears to be an overdose.

Valerie's mom tells us she was at a friend's home in Coatesville, Pennsylvania Wednesday when the friend repeatedly called for Valerie, who was in the bathroom, but she did not come out. We're told the friend broke down the door and found her unresponsive.

The coroner is conducting toxicology tests to determine the exact cause of death but we're told it appears to be an OD.

Valerie's child, 7-year-old Nevaeh, is currently with her mom.

As for Valerie, she has been arrested a number of times. The charges include prostitution and, just last week she was busted for resisting arrest and providing false ID to law enforcement. She attempted to run from cops, who subdued her.

The hammer allegedly used to murder Lisa Marie Naegle -- along with her blood-soaked clothes -- has been recovered by cops ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Jackie Jerome Rogers confessed to cops he bludgeoned Lisa Marie to death by hitting her 7 times in the head with a hammer early Sunday morning.

Rogers told cops where he hid the hammer, buried the body and ditched other evidence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops recovered the murder weapon and some of Lisa Marie's bloody clothing.

And there's this bizarre twist ... law enforcement tells us Rogers wiped Lisa Marie's body clean before burying it in his backyard. Our sources say he told cops he freaked out when he saw all the blood on her body and figured by cleaning it he would be sanitizing the crime scene.

Rogers' SUV also was impounded and detectives are searching for evidence. As we reported, surveillance video shows Lisa Marie getting into Rogers' vehicle just hours before she was killed. We're told they went to a Jack In the Box and she told him she was ending their affair and going back to her husband. One law enforcement source says he may have killed her in the SUV.

Richard Marx learned a valuable lesson from his 4-hour mid-flight ordeal with an out of control passenger ... and he's begging South Korea to learn it too.

The '80s and '90s pop star talked to a photog about the scary incident that went down right next to Richard and his wife, Daisy Fuentes, aboard a Korean Air flight.

Richard ended up helping flight attendants restrain the guy, and was very critical of the crew's emergency training. But check out his takeaway from the whole mess. It's a direct shot, and while it's unclear if he's pissed only at the airline or the entire nation -- it's 100% clear he won't be a frequent flyer.
