Connection issues worse than previous app/hardware combination. I have to have the phone in direct line of sight of my anatomy for it to stay paired, even having removed my OtterBox. Re-pairing doesn't happen easily. Requires location services for no apparent reason.

It's always worked well enough with only minor connection issues,but ever since this new update neither i or my boyfriend are able to connect. The option is completely greyed out and it just keeps saying something went wrong on both ends. We both have full bars and the app paired just find to the device. UPDATE: for anyone having this problem both of you need to uninstall and reinstall. That seems to have worked.

So this is a brand new device.. it's 2017 and a Bluetooth device can't stay connected? Either by direct Bluetooth or via the lover pairing. Really disappointed as this was supposed to be a way to help mine and my girlfriends relationship. The remote doesn't even work. Location services and Bluetooth work in tandem for android 5.0 and greater. This is why you have to enable location for bluetooth. In any case, please email us at [email protected] so that we can help resolve this issue for you. Please try clearing the cache and disabling automatic restore, then delete and reinstall the app. If you still cannot add a lover on the app, please email us at [email protected] so that we can look into this issue. The connect to lover feature is independent of the separation distance between the connected phones, but depends on the internet connection speed. If you can verify that your internet network speed is fast enough to stream videos online, please email [email protected] for and we can investigate to resolve this issue. Doesn't stay connected. Would be great if I didn't have to have the phone directly next to it.
My vibe doesnt connect to the app. It wont sync, it wont connect, and when it doest connect its only for a second. I havent even been able to use it yet because of this problem. I want a refund, getting a new product wont change the fact of the app not connecting. This is super upsetting and frustrating to me and my lover. I hardly get to see him.. so it not working.. makes it that much harder.
Don't waste your money I bought the we vibe before reading any reviews and it's true the app doesn't work. You constantly have to pair it again and customer service seems to have been abandoned on the issue. $180 wasted on a broken product.
Troubleshooting from vibe cust service is a joke. Unable to help... The idea is great and the device is very powerful. The app cuts off every two minutes, so it isn't conducive for playing with a mate. The only good thing is when the app goes off the device stays on, but is stuck on the last setting until it is paired again. It becomes frustrating having to keep pairing the device and/or having to reconnect your mate.

Beat and touch modes are available in the vibe tray. The vibe tray can be opened by tapping the drop down button just beside the title of the displayed vibe, at the top of the control screen. As for the bluetooth issue, you can email us at [email protected] and we can look into it for you. Stay away from this product. I was so excited to use this with my wife. We bought the We-vibe Sync. I was stoked to be able to use at work or from separate rooms. We got it all set up and immediately had difficulty keeping it connected via blu tooth. This feature would have been worth the 200 dollar price margin had it worked. Now we have a faulty product we won't use, I am wishing we went with the Lovense Lush.
The unit constantly is disconnecting from phone. Very irritating. Not sure if it's the app or the unit. Please come up with a fix fast because a 200 dollar product should work out of the box.

For long distant pairing, please use the "Connect Lover" feature in the app. Here one user, with the We-Vibe, pairs to it and sends an invitation to a remote partner. The remote partner can control the We-Vibe through the other partners phone. If you need more information about this, please email [email protected] (Part1/2) The vibe itself is great. Thankfully, it cannot make dinner or give massages. The app, however, is dreadful. A month ago when we first bought it, we were able to connect. And it worked. Since then, we have not been able to keep it paired to the blue tooth, and in the short stints when it can, we cannot connect phones. We are not tech stupid and have tried many fixes. We have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. We have tried different phones. We have taken off the protective phone cases. We have made sure it was paired to only one phone. We have no anti-spyware on the phones. We have used bluetooth with only one phone close. Once paired, the phone can control the vibe, then the vibe disconnects.Now, after several complete re-installs on both phones, when I try to connect to lover, I do not even get the SMS or email option. The other phone does not have a "Remove lover option " under settings. The apps freezes my phone willy-nilly.This has been the source of overwhelming frustration and considerable loss of time. Now, as an added bonus, the remote no longer controls the vibe even with a new battery and bluetooth on the phone turned off.

Disconnect Everyone is having the same problem; I find it unlikely that everyone has slow Internet connections which you claim is the problem. I have high speed fiber optic Internet on both ends. This is obviously not the problem! For a toy this expensive, you need to figure out what's really wrong.

We were very excited when first purchased this, now after exhausting all options ended up with only frustration! Someone being able to control my toy from anywhere in the world...but that's not what I get most of the time!!! Just like many of the messages below, it disconnects constantly! It says something went wrong and disconnects just seconds after we connected. It's so frustrating. There has to be an upgrade or something?! This issue is usually associated with slow internet connections. Please verify that the internet connection on both users end is fast enough to stream videos from the internet. Please email [email protected] if you still experience this issue with faster internet connections. Love the concept, hate the execution. 4 problems- 1. Same disconnect as everyone else, very frustrating especially in public. 2. Remove lover does not work on galaxy s7 without uninstalling app. 3. Notifications are on screen visible only, no option for LED, vibrate, or sound if the screen is not lit, so to get that kind of notification you must remove lover and send new text message. 4. App is not compatible with message+ or mail default app on s7, and unlike iphone you can't add apps to the choices, so you have to change your defaults.
