We have resolved the issue preventing comments on a subset of articles and we have resolved the issue displaying incorrect icons in the forums and the Hive.

We have resolved the issue affecting logins on Google Chrome

We’re completed the upgrade and are now monitoring for any bugs or misconfigurations. We’ll be updating known issues here.

Intermittent Server Outtages

Hello,

For roughly the past 12 hours, TPM has been experiencing some technical difficulties resulting in intermittent site outages. Users will hit the site and see an error message, but refreshing the page should resolve the problem in most cases.

Our IT staff is aware of the problem and working to fix it.

Some iPad updates

Hi All,

Couple updates for iPad users:

1. We’ve disabled the swiping functionality for the time being. It was bringing up “next article” modules that got in the way and generally not providing much utility. We are going to improve that action and re-introduce it at a later date.

2. The commenting bubble is now working properly. For a time, it was not opening up the commenting drawer as intended. That should now be resolved.

Commenting Issue on IE11

Hi All,

A patch we had to implement to fix a bug affecting Firefox 32 users had the unintended consequence of disabling some functionality for Internet Explorer 11 users.

We recently deployed a fix for IE 11 and all should be back to normal.

Persistant Log In Issue

Hive and Public Comments Now Live

The Hive and public comments are now again functioning on the TPM website. They were down most of Saturday and Sunday. We expect to push now feature enhancements to both The Hive and public comments next week.
