The EPA is required by law to calculate and make public the cost of EPA regulations. The EPA ignored that law. They played politics with our economy. Now, a US District court judge said that has to stop.
I’m skeptical. Federal agencies can break the law as they reward their political interests. Regulators can violate the judge’s instructions at no cost to themselves. I’ll believe the judge is serious when I see him issue an injunction against EPA regulations and fine the agency administrators. RM

The parents of Kathryn Steinle have received the go-ahead to sue the federal government over Kathryn’s July 2015 death. She was killed in San Francisco by an illegal alien holding a gun issued to a federal agent. SF is a sanctuary city. The illegal alien had an extensive criminal record.

“A Federal judge has ruled that Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby may be civilly sued for malicious prosecution by the police officers she targeted following the in-custody death of Freddie Gray.
“Gray’s demise was followed by days of rioting, looting, and arson in the City of Baltimore. While the riots were ongoing Prosecutor Mosby announced a wide array of charges against six Baltimore officers involved in Gray’s arrest, including charges as serious as murder, based largely on the flimsiest of evidence or no evidence whatever.”
