Today, on 22nd September, the world premiere of Jamala’s official video for 1944 is released. This is the international release of the world class singers Eurovision 2016 winning song. 1944 has generated a huge amount of international interest as well as a plethora of new fans including superstar Adele, who sent Jamala a private message congratulating her win and saying how she loved the song and Jamalas voice.
On July, 10th Jamala’s album “1944” is to be released by Universal Music Group, the largest label in the world. The release will have 12 tracks, 8 of them in English and 3 in Ukrainian, including the title track “1944”, the winner of the International Song Contest “Eurovision-2016”. The album will be released in in the USA by Republic Records company, which is also a part of Universal Music Group, working with Ariana Grande, Drake, Florence + The Machine, John Newman, Nickelback, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd and others.

Jamala will become one of headliners of Alfa Jazz Fest international jazz festival (Lviv, Ukraine). The singer’s performance will be held on June 28 at the main stage named after Eddie Rosner and will be dedicated to the Day of Constitution of Ukraine. Especially for the festival, Jamala has prepared a unique program called “The Soul of Jamala”.
