Jeannette S: It would do the GOP some good if the candidates were not attacked by their own party members. If you are not a Republican, watch a debate or read their stands on the issues on the official sites. If you are a republican, stop trying to pull down the party. There is a proverb that states, "the foolish woman pulls her house down with her own hands". Of course, men are also capable of pulling down their own houses; however, the point is, if the party members don't like the candidates, then they need to speak up before they start lining up. Also; when we ask someone to run for office, the best thing to do is give him or her a headquarters filled with talent. Speechwriter can make or break a candidate. So can researchers. Next; let's get rid of the truants in high places and put graduates there with some decent vocabulary and clean language.

Douglas Waterman: +Steven Armstrong , I understand what you are saying about Trump. But in the political climate that the U.S. has been in, in the last 20 years, it is quite normal to switch parties several times. Both parties messed up royally. It's just that the Liberals are all Democrats, and they are stupider than mud. They back everything that is bad for a free, Democratic, nation.

Jeannette S: Hard to Tell. Several of the candidates did good. Dr. Carson is still my first choice. I like his code name best "One Nation". Will the party leaders please get Senator Cruz out of the running? He's Canadian born. He can't hold the office. All he can do is divide the vote. Be very careful about Trump. No offense, but the Dems like him with us. Too much. They are hanging on to Hillary and not many challengers are coming forward yet. It will take a really weak candidate politically to ensure another Democratic president in 2016.

Peter Morais: Carly Fiorina looks like a strong candidate. Ben Carson hasn't received enough debate time, trump is a mistake!
Ione Dellos: Well whatever. Bernie Sanders may be a white man, but just take one second to look at his women's rights page on his website. And at least he's a decent human being, unlike the rest of the GOP, such as Donald Trump, who hates Mexican people. So put some knowledge into your brain, and just take a second to look at his website.
Marc Calvert: +Rebecca watched as they have given tax breaks to the rich while raising sell tax and property taxes on the working class, as they denie a raise in the wages of minimum wage workers. As they have at ever opportunity screwed the needy by making them pay to use the welfare cards. Make so they can't get more the $25 a day on their cards, and charging them $2.50 to get it. If you pay $500 a month in rent is take day to withdraw that much money.
I've watch as the Republican congress has denied money to veteran and jobs bills for veteran because they say they don't have the money, then they give more tax cuts to the rich.

Kirk Hahn: +Being Conservative no, don't watch MSNBC at all. It's no secret that the national debt went through the roof and the war started with the last republican president. It's also no secret that all of the Republicans support citizens united, the TPP and want to continue to allow the super rich to avoid paying their fair share of taxes. They also intend to get rid of all entitlements. The only 2 types of people voting Republican in this election will be the extremely wealthy and the incompetent.
Kirk Hahn: +Lee Sales Historically I have favored the Republican party but as the Republicans have continued to shift more and more to the right, has continued to further their support of the extremely wealthy and the corporations, have continued to further their support of religious institutions and continue to disregard the well being of the environment we live in; I have changed my alignment. Make no mistake, I despise Clinton but I strongly believe that Bernie Sanders suggestions on reinstating the Glass Stegall act, ending the TPP, ending Citizens United, focusing on rebuilding our infrastructure, raising taxes on the upper 1%, taxing churches that don't earn their exempt status by providing sufficient charity and expanding social security is exactly what this country needs. I also believe that education and health care is a human right and having the government provide these things will improve our quality of life.

The total US debt is close to 19 trillion currently, however when Clinton left office in 1999 we had a surplus of 1.9 billion! The federal deficit is the amount each year by which federal outlays in the federal budget exceed federal receipts; the deficit when Bush left office in 2009 was $1,413 bln, meaning that we spent $1,414 billion more than we earned in that year, in Obamas first term in 2008 that number dropped to $1,294 bln, by 2013 it was $680 bln and it is currently $583 bln, the deficit has steadily decreased every year under Obama. Of course since it still is a deficit albeit significantly less, the total debt still increases but at this rate we are on track to totally eliminate that deficit and hopefully end up in surplus again. Keep in mind that the only reason the deficit has not decreased faster and the debt increased this much under Obama is because he was left to pay for an unnecessary war that began under president Bush that cost close to 6 trillion dollars, When Bush left office the national debt was a little more than 10 trillion.

ted rohe: +Robert Morris The Cold War may be over (and that is debatable since we are in a new Cold War with Putin) but that doesn't mean the end of Socialists and Commies. Just look at Venezuela and their current condition. Hyper-inflation while the world is in a deflationary mode. That could only mean controlled economy by either a fascist or a communist. Now it's the Commie successor to Chavez, Maduro. Whose also trying to take land from Guyana to distract from their current malaise.
Kirk Hahn: They were all terrible, Lindsay Graham is definitely the worst. Many them spoke of repealing, not reforming but repealing the Affordable Care Act which has provided insurance to millions of Americans who previously had none and I think repealing it entirely would be a tragedy. I believe the act could be improved upon and it should be, but not repealed. They also criticized the Iran deal which I support; they called socialism a European nightmare which is complete bullshit. Many of these socialist nations have much lower rates of crime and incarcerations than we do, better health care than we do now, more of their citizens are attending college than US citizens are because it's affordable and 4 of them have a better economy than we currently do. What's bad about socialism again? How is it a nightmare? Because Greece made mistakes not relative to socialism that ruined their economy? Wtf? Also, they spoke of entitlement reform but said nothing about what that reform is, Bernie Sanders said they intend to ELIMINATE social security, medicare, medicaid and the VA. Should we assume this is true? And the Regan references need to stop, Regan was a PoS and his dumb ass policies are a lot of the reasons we're in trouble now. I've never voted straight Democrat in my life but I damn well might in this election.
Kevin Gaither: Kasich and Rubio did the best for their candidacies. In the earlier debate, Fiorina was the great standout. She's sharp, quick-witted, and not all over the place with her answers.
Trump held his own despite getting the toughest questions while others on the stage like Cruz and Walker were thrown cupcakes.
Cruz seemed so uptight and rigid in his answers. Total fake. Walker wasn't much better
Christie was surprisingly present, pertinent and meant to strike into the middle of the stage. He did well in connecting his time before his gubernatorial experience as prosecutor during the wake of 9/11.
Carson and Bush were totally lost in the ten. Bush will likely drop, but his money and organization will keep him afloat. Carson did have a great ending line.
Rand Paul appeared shrill and overly defensive. He probably did no real damage to his support, but did nothing did broaden his support either.

This deal isn't about Iran trying to harm its neighbors. It was specifically regarding the nuclear weapons program in Iran.
No one in the Obama administration was foolish enough to think they were going to stop Iranian malfeasance in the region.
And, don't you think it odd that all these people that were against any diplomacy suddenly are now experts in how it should have been done?

Jeannette S: Life is a gift. The only reason ever to have an abortion. The baby is not developing, a serious health risk to the life of mother and child, the mother will die before or during delivery and already has other children. He would have done it even if he wasn't running in this race.
