    Thx! If my memory serves me, you & King Carlos were both recognized same year ('94) by turf writers for contributions to New England racing.

    Went on my first run today since spinal fusion surgery in July. Glad to see local trails are as (un)crowded as ever. Embrace the endorphins!

    Will go out on a limb & predict racing will NEVER have another trainer who shouts "I am notorious! I am infamous!" each time he wins a race.

    When I announced Carlos won Trainer of the Week at Suffolk he called me and said "I am the trainer of the century!"

    A PR ploy—field of 8 renamed as Santa’s reindeer. I had enough trouble calling real horses, let alone Rudolph, Dasher, Dancer, etc…
