The systems have been restored. The problem was a pretty massive and simultaneous hardware failure on one of our core servers. We have redundant systems so we were able to migrate to one of those to help minimize the downtime.

Not really much in the way of an update other than this appears to be hardware-related, not network as it initially appeared. Still working as quickly as possible and will post updates as we can...

As a quick update, our people are at our data center working to determine and fix the issue. This is the first prolonged outage in several years and we apologize again for the inconvenience. We will post back once we have more details...
