    The is crazy. Evidence: Today in it is 60 degrees (last week it was 6 during the day). At the same time, my office in Portland, Oregon is closed due to snow. Boston is currently warmer than Los Angeles. And that's in February.

    This morning, ICE agents got on my Greyhound bus that was headed from Spokane to Portland. They walked around before they asked me and few others to step outside and took my documents and interrogated me for around 20 mins then claimed my papers were fake and that I’m “illegal”.

    This is what a broken criminal justice system looks like. No criminal. No justice.

    A 53 year-old homeless man was arrested after trying and failing to use a counterfeit $20 bill to buy toothpaste and food. prosecuted him, a jury convicted, and he was sentenced to 4-8 years in prison. Ct. of Appeals just reduced it to 3-6.
