    What a great reminder, , that constructive feedback must be given personally. It takes courage, and addressing marginal behavior builds the relational trust in our schools.

    Every great educator that I meet has this commonality...they make every decision based on one question: “What is best for my kids?” Which, in turn, correlates to positive culture and climate in their classrooms and schools. Interesting how that works...
