  11. Anyone have any GCSE resources on Frankenstein? 1st time teaching it in full as a GCSE txt, thanks 🙂

  12. Still struggling with AQA P1, Q3 it seems. Kids averaging 2/3 out of 8 on the mock. Anyone have any good ways of teaching it?

  16. Exposing the students to a wide range of text types from adverts to online message boards, etc. Sources from other boards useful

  17. Ultimate aim is that all students can list details required for each level of linguistic analysis, L3-L5. Context (AO3) is harder

  18. Referring to Mark Scheme closely. Regular essays. Repetition, repetition, repetition. Seems to work well with most.
