    Stagflation is an important risk to consider. A repeat of the 70's would hammer retiring Baby Boomers. Boy Scout motto: Be Prepared.

    Stagflation has low probability but will amount to left tail event for portfolio values. My models are prepared for it.

    Retail has been bombed out (Amazon talk). I find Macys interesting. The weekly break-out has come after tight bands and a lot of pain.

    Oil weekly. Another short-term (weekly) break-out to work with.

    Gold Monthly. On a long-term chart, GC is meandering. Bands are starting to tighten and price is close to breaking out. No signal yet.

    I don't normally look at daily charts but I found the Dollar interesting. The downside pressure has been relentless. Looking for a bounce.
