    1. I agree that phones do not belong in classroom. 2. This is a matter for the school to decide, not for the government to enforce and regulate.

    Unclear why this is a government issue. Why not let boards/schools develop their own policies?

    This is so freaking weird. There is a legitimate response to the allegations, which is that we are all human and sometimes f-up. Instead, we get these bizarre pledges of allegiance.
