    Because, again, "whiteness" is not an *identity* with any content (as opposed to e.g. Irish, French, German, etc. which have specific cultural and communal history) - "white" is simply a way to describe those who society has given access to the privilege/power of "being white".

    I just got cornered and forced to explain queer identity + sex positivity + my personal sexual history to my 15 year old straight brother and while I’m glad he now knows that “body counts” are misogynistic and that gay people are everywhere, I am TIRED.
