The Star Wars legend and full-time internet rascal decided to have some anonymous fun at the annual fan gathering in San Diego. So he dressed himself up in a variety of costumes — including Imperial stormtrooper, a classic — and did the thing. It all started innocently enough on Thursday, the day the show kicked off, with a bit of misdirection. There's an unsubstantiated rumor I'm at #SDCC right now wearing a mask to avoid being recognized (I'm not)But if I really WAS there in disguise, would I lie about it to fool people-secretly talk to fans-attend panels & have fun? As the weekend unfolded, he posted a series of tweets and tweet re-shares featuring photos in which he was secretly in costume (or so he claimed). He stanned for Brooklyn Nine-Nine at one point, his most transparent look of the weekend. He also turned himself into an orange-faced, golf club-wielding Darth Vader, which totally wasn't a reference to any real-life politician or anything.
