Internet Providers, Darty, Works for hackers

Couple of month ago I saw my Iphone wasn't connectiong to my computer.
I tought it could be a driver problem so I tried to update Apple Mobile Divice Support, Apple Software Update and Apple Application Support. First I tried to go to Apple Website and the only way that iit work without Secure Transport Protocole (https) and download didn't work. Once I got Windows 10 as Operative System I went to control panel, I click on modify and my update wasn't made. After old software uninstallation connexion is cut. I had lost my driver fixing someone else laptop and I only understood that in that moment moment.
Nonetheless I am not writing because of Iphone, reason writing for is softwares and application update in general especially when they are made with help of others softwares or application, in this case Avast.
I have Free Avast on my computers, at home and at my training centre, GECCEL, because of that everytime I turn on my computer I run Avast Software Updater. First time that I ran that on my computer at my training centre, GECCEL, Firefox 58.0.2 was installed. At the beginning, I thought I have 59.0.0 home but once at home I saw 58.0.2 I ended up thinking I had 58.0.2. But when I saw 59.0.0 at my training centre, GECCEL, and I didn't saw that at home I gave a call to my internet provider warning them that theirs server wasn't making available the last Firefox version and my computer had others problems that I saw at friend house ( check When Cops Don't Do Theirs Job): first my control painel showed Adobe Air 57, Adobe was saying me that I had 58 but it couldn't Install 59 because I needed authorization ( at the beginning it said me that I had last version installed when I tried to download and install it) , Avast was showing 58 as installed but it couldn't install 59, I couldn't unisntall that and restore gave error 80070003 and 80070005.
That night, 00:40 hours, I ran my Avast I didn't see any update available, I open Firefox I got indication that an update was going to be made, it was apparently made, I opened Firefox everything seem to be normal.
To end with verification I ran Avast again and saw the Firefox update to do, I started but in the meantime I listened, at eighth floor, same noise I listen everytime that I got probliem with my internet, for example when I bought a plane ticket to a friend and she got a problem with date what made me gave one more call to Darty to talk about my internet, and I got the problem you can see on right side of pictures. Connexion was cut. Same modus operandi that I saw with my Iphone, connexion is cut at middle of operation, when installation start, in this case when Avast start to installl. I saw software mouvement throught Avast. Server is changed, I a physical's internet cut.
Je crois que Avast CleanUp ou CCleaner peuvent en nettoyant les libérer. Je ne suis pas sur.
