Stephanie Arnold is the Deputy Chief of Mission for the U.S. Mission to the Republic of Madagascar and the Union of the Comoros. A career member of the Senior Foreign Service, Stephanie joined the Department of State in 2005 after nearly a decade in the private sector in Chicago.
