Hi, my name is Johnathan Lightfoot co-author of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Plain & Simple.

As Chris and I did in the book I hope to be able to make the platform not so mysterious or in some cases moraccessiblele. In short I would like for this forum to be used to establish a dialog on the wonderful SharePoint 2010 platform.

I ask that you ask your questions and I promise to either answer the question (naturally, I will keep the answers plain & simple) or point you towards a resource to get the answer that you need while performing operations within SharePoint 2010. At the same time as I said earlier I want this to be a dialog so I want you to answer questions as well as pose them.

I am confident that we will be able to provide a valuable resource to all who choose to come here.
