    Rabbi Eli Magzimof, Hannah Sharron and Gabriel Turner challenging us on engaging millenials today. Why do some not choose to engage with their local US shul? Some ideas: ensure it's peer-led, make sure the content is relevant and events are actively welcoming for young people.
