Uber

This app on Microsoft is absolutely horrendous. You can't change destinations, but more importantly, it can't even find your desired destination. It does not have landmarks or popular spots saved into the application or rather is unable to find them. This leads to a ton of problems as there IS NO destination, and makes the app rather ironic and faulty.

Great app but latest features take a bit to show up. Keep up the good work😊

Unable to remove PAYTM as its not taking CASH option. Should let user add or remove payment options. Other option is only direct linking to cards, which I don't like & don't prefer. Also my uber app does not show trip history & no option for feedback. You update these & I'll give a five.

Sometimes when I order ab uber the app crashes then when I open it again it errors out and tells me it can't reach the server and to try again and it keeps doing it. I then proceed to sign out and then when I sign back in it immediately crashes and closes. Renders the app completely useless!!

I mean, seriously? I haven't been able to find help, or an easy way to chat with costumer service. Before I can use android features in the app, this app is incomplete

The app has some basic features missing which is available on ios and Android (like specifying time of pickup). They should really reconsider adding a tipping option

You must input payment method within this app; you cannot add a credit card online without doing it through the application. That being said, after attempting to add 2 different credit cards as payment, "ERROR" displays. Thereafter, I find those two card did seem to successfully save within the app when I selected the "payment methods" option again. However, when logging in with a laptop, the payment methods aren't there. Therefore, I do not know whether or not this app did actually successfully save my payment methods. I would ideally like only one payment method on file, but cannot delete one of the two entered within the app. It's all very confusing and is definitely a bug. I can't get ahold of customer service, as no Uber contact information seems to be listed! That being said, the 1 nice feature of this new version of Uber for Windows Mobile is the fact that it supports Windows 10 Mobile Continuum. It seems like they want to be on board with the OS but needs more troubleshooting.

Map keeps zooming out. That makes it difficult for me to track the driver when I need to zoom in.
