Choose "Add" from within the Plugin Manager.
Choose the Format Lightroom Publisher

The Format plugin will be titled format.lrplugin. Select it and choose "Add Plug-In". Then click "Done".

You can choose any specific export settings you'd like to enforce, and once satisfied with your changes, click "Save".
Create a Gallery

You can set the name of the Gallery as it will appear in Lightroom® by adjusting the “Name” property.
The “Set” dropdown will list your sites on Format and allow you to choose which site you want the gallery to appear on.
The “Gallery Title” and “URL” fields correspond to the title you wish your gallery to have in your site’s menu and the URL you want displayed.
Add Images to Your Gallery

Edit Metadata

If you wish to adjust the contents of an image's metadata, simply use the Metadata tab to add your titles and captions, which will be imported into Format.
Publish Your Gallery

Once you’re happy with the metadata and export settings, you can choose to Publish your Gallery.
Republish and Delete as Desired

When making subsequent changes to your content in Lightroom®, you may choose to mark either Gallery Pages or individual images within a Gallery page to republish, which will result in their being updated on Format when you click Publish.
If you delete a photo, re-publishing the gallery will remove it from your Format Gallery page.
View in Format

By right or command + clicking on a gallery page or site in Lightroom, you will bring up a context menu where you can choose “View in Format” to see the published page on your Format site.
You Are Done!
