I recommend the people at Old Point. They have great customer service, and they are always so friend...ly and nice. I really do miss the bank tellers. Their smiling faces were so nice to see and always made my day! However, the company itself is a joke. The fees I paid to use my debit card, the ridiculous credit card reward system, etc. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I’ve switch to a different credit company and a different bank, and I’m all the better for it! Go to Union Bank and Trust, y’all. Great service and better benefits. עוד
What AMAZING customer service!!! A while back, the House of Maya went out of business and I thought ...my wedding dress was lost forever. Through many phone calls to different people, I was finally directed to Old Point. Not only did I get my dress back without any damage, but my contact person was kind enough to go out of her way to drive all the way out to Chesapeake in order to meet me because of my schedule. It was just a fantastic experience to a chaotic circumstance. Thank you so much!!! עוד
