- On hold waiting to talk to GE consumer relations department for an h...our and 15 minutes so far. The message at beginning of call said my hold time would be about 15 minutes!! I am sorely disappointed in GE customer service and products - I purchased a dishwasher in July and it started leaking about 2 months ago. We stopped using the machine and called GE - they couldn't get a tech to my house for a month!! The leaking continued, so we turned off the water. Turns out the machine was leaking even when not in use due to a defective solenoid - I had to call a plumber to find this out because my GE appointment was so far off. My kitchen floor is now destroyed and I'd like to discuss with consumer relations, but apparently now one works there since I'm still on hold an hour and 20+ minutes later!! I will never buy another GE applicance and I will warn everyone I know to not buy one - it's one thing to have a defective part, it's another to make your customers wait a month for service and sit on hold for hours! - I bought a few of these a few years ago, and they NEVER worked- as f...ar as keeping time. They are a nice nightlight, just don't keep ANY time. The battery compartment is hard to get off, and is cheaply made by the Chinese......and NO, I DON'T HAVE THE RECEIPTS. I figure they won't be replaced. If I have to, I'll buy new ones, replace with the old ones, then return for full refund. Afficher la suite
