The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

- very central (just 5min to the square & across the street from a large shopping centre/grocery store) - comfortable mattress & pillows - quiet - beautiful views & balcony - the dishwasher, laundry, toaster, microwave all work well - excellent airconditioning - the parking is secure (underground garage) - 24hr security at the front (Our apartment was #620; a studio/one bedroom, other apartments may differ with their quality etc)
-
- the kettle is filthy with water residue etc that cannot be cleaned (needs to be replaced) - the floors were quite dirty when we arrived; so we used the vacuum & mopped when we arrived (small space; so it wasn't a problem) - the front desk attendant was difficult to get ahold of (she is likely working at that time, showing ppl apartments) but half of the time we went to the office there was no one there & she didn't pick-up her phone
+
Beautiful area, cleanliness, tranquility, professionalism! The apartment super big and modern. Contact person very polite! Definitely every time I need an accommodation in Bucharest will choose this apartment with no doubt.
+
" everything is perfect" Location is perfect, apartment is very clean and user friendly!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super kind to us and made sure that we are satisfied at all times with the room and everything else we asked for was done with a smile. Diana, Ojao and Austina were very professional and helped us with directions and how to get to everywhere we needed. The rooms were cosy and very elegante! We will definatley want to come back!
-
The only thind we didnt like was the fact that we had to leave..

Staff. Housekeeping lady very friendly and extremely helpfull.
+
Location is very good. The stuff are so kind.
+
Overall a nice stay, we did not eat in the hotel. The female staff were lovely, the male receptionist seemed stressed and unable to cope with customer issues. Would stay again in same room as it had a great view, ten paces from the beach and 8 mins walk into town.
-
We checked in having booked a sea front room, to find we had be put at the back overlooking the car park. This was rectified and we had a nice sea front two story family room. The parking was an issue to start with with the only non disabled spot reserved even though I was told you can't reserve parking. Again this was rectified. Hotel is a little tired but good value through booking.com
+
Excellent staff, discounted services accordingly (if you rented a motorbike later in the day for example) and very nice room. Staff provided us with free water which was very welcome when we got in and it was hot. Room and bathroom was clean. Free bananas, tea and (only) white coffee was available and very welcome. It was a good location to rent a motorbike as the 6 way junction led to main roads such as the way to the tombs so it was easy to get about :) would recommend this hotel.
-
Toilet was in the corner so you couldn't actually sit straight on it. Would have been nice to do breakfast there as it took 15 minutes to walk to the big group of restaurants however these were really cheap so that worked out well. Very hard to find anything bad with this hotel :) Maybe buy some black coffee, my friend is lactose intolerant!
+
Clean. Calm. Wish to come back for next holiday.
+
Clean, spotless, modern... Tucked away on a hill away from the city, this stay made me feel like I was far far away yet it was an easy 10 min ride to Granada... Really lovely property with only three rooms, great pool area, and a gourmet breakfast... The hosts Emi and Romain were awesome and it was a pleasure to learn about about them and their life... Definitely recommend this property and would stay longer next time I am in the area!
+
Amazing hosts, delicious breakfast, romantic bungalows, quiet location but still close enough to the nearby town by car.
-
Bad weather so the whole place felt a bit humid.
+
Roland and his wife are the perfect hosts. The B&B is very familiar and we felt welcome from the second we arrived. We were also able to check in early (10am). The room was very good and met the high expectations you have, when reading the reviews. On recommendation of Roland we went to the beautiful Los Chorros waterfalls (insider tipp - no tourists). The B&B is the perfect location to stay after your arrival or just before departure from the Juan Santamaria airport. We stayed at the B&B for our two last nights in Costa Rica and were very happy with our decision. The other great ratings are absolutely spot on.
-
When using a navigation system travelling to Grecia you get sent on some narrow roads, but in the end you get to where you need to go.
+
The family that runs the hotel were amazing and so accommodating. The owners wife even went out of her way to buy ingredients specific to what we like to eat! Overall great experience, if someone didn't book after our stay we would have stood longer.
-
Area is a bit confusing to get around
+
This was an amazing stay! The location, staff, and rooms couldn't have been better... All the staff were super helpful with tips and recommendations and the owner was super nice, going out of his way several times to make our stay great... We even got a free upgrade on the room... The breakfast every morning was delicious... The pool was super clean and the pool area a.great I place to cool off and relax after hot days of touristing... The location was a 5 min walk to the central square and there were lots restaurants close by... Bruno the beagle made the stay even memorable... One of our best stays ever and the ratings are well deserved!

Great food. Great people. Comfy bed. Great group of guests. Fun.They take good care of you. Added plus: great snorkeling right from the dock :)
+
All staff was very accommodating of us traveling with a baby, even moving us to a bigger room at the same price. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities.
-
We liked it all!
+
Even though this is a hostel with all the facilities for backpackers (shared kitchen/fridge, self laundry area, common areas for Internet work and for TV watching), it has the professional feel of a hotel. There's even a small swimming pool for relaxing. Carlos arranged for a taxi to take me to the bus stop for my early morning journey on to Guate. A little expensive for a taxi, but very inexpensive trip insurance. Driver stayed with me on the highway, checked with locals about schedule and zipped me over to the bus when it stopped in a different place at a different time than company had indicated. Made it. Thanks Carlos.

I wish I had more days to spend exploring around Santa Ana.

Overpriced and not super comfortable. Could use some upgrading to beds.
+
A quiet location on the outskirts of town with a fabulous view of the Arenal volcano, and a short hike from a beautiful river. Our cabin felt extremely private and peaceful. We loved sitting on the front and back decks soaking up the tropical scenery, watching the flowers, birds, and animals.
+
Wonderful, romantic, relaxing vacation. Our villa was large, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, we loved the beach and the pier. The staff was very attentive and kind. We will be back!
+
Loved the place. Amazing gardens, secluded. Just lovely, very romantic
+
We were in the pink cottage the pool right out the door was great.
-
The air conditioning unit for the upper loft area sounded like a diesel engine starting up. It ran on and off all night. The bed was hard.
+
Everything! You can tell someone built this hotel with lots of love. There are lots of personal details as I believe the owners live on site. The beds are top quality, they offer different types of pillows, gorgeous views, hot hot shower, modern installation, microwave, fridge. Social hour! Breakfast! Can I move in? Thanks!
-
The road can get a bit noisy but that's not their fault.
+
All the staff were helpful, friendly and kind! The house dogs, Mara and Lexi made us feel protected and well cared for!
-
Very hard bed and no electric/water on the day we left.
+
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The staff were great, the rooms very clean and modern and we really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great as well.
-
If you're staying overnight on a Saturday, be prepared to be woken up starting at 6:25am when the church bells start clanging. Though it might be nice to hear in certain settings, these were fast repeated clangs that almost sounded like (and as loud as) a fire alarm. Once they stopped, they'll off again 10 mins later and probably 2-3 more times after that. However, if waking up early is part of your day then shouldn't be an issue for you.
+
Tamarindo Bay Boutique Hotel is a well designed and comfortable boutique hotel oasis tucked away at the top of a hill in Tamarindo. You never feel like you're in such a busy tourist town, but you still have access to it within 5 minutes walk. The staff are incredibly interesting and friendly, and I would highly recommend staying there to anyone.
+
This is a beautiful property with serene landscaping, beautiful birds and animals, and delicious coffee. The owners were down to earth and friendly.
-
An exhaust fan in the restroom would be nice.
+
Owners are great ! Very pleasant and helpful.
-
Very good value, well priced.
+
Employees very friendly and worked hard to please their customers. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary yesterday, and the manager brought us a complimentary dessert after our dinner. Nice touch!!
+
Amazing property with lovely, large, bright rooms... The indoor/outdoor shower was highlight... It is located a 5-10 min walk to the Central Park but it is super quiet and I felt safe walking to and from at all hours of the day... Nina the manager was an amazing host!
-
The pool area was beautiful but the pool itself that two days I was there was not very clean... There was a lot of debris and insects in the water so it made cooling off in the pool less appealing...
+
The staff is very friendly and gave us a lot of advices to book all our excursions and shuttles. We really enjoyed our stay at Los Pinos. The property is located in a private reserve, we could see wild animals from our windows. Even if the property is a little bit far from downtown, I highly recommend this hotel.
+
Everything was excellent! The service was perfect. Every morning a delicious breakfast on our terrace, as well as a fantastic 3-course dinner with candlelights (super romantic). The scenery was amazing with hummingbirds flying in front of our terrace. David helped us with our trips not only in Mindo but also for the next location in Ecuador. We highly recommend to stay here!
+
A very pleasant experience. Could have stayed a few more days.
+
The view from our room, breakfast and the location were all amazing. We were greeted by Katka and Tuda (sorry if I spelled it wrong) They were so friendly and welcoming. They had some great advice about where to go for dinner, when and how to hike the Pisac ruins and taught us a bit about the Andean culture. Katka even took us to visit the school she volunteers at. It was a beautiful experience. We also learned that the delicious cheese, milk and yogurt we ate at breakfast came right from the farm. Thank you for making everything about our stay at Allpawasi Lodge unforgettable.
+
great location near the airport and very friendly and helpful owners.
+
This is a beautiful place and the staff are excellent, very helpful and accommodating! Gracias por todo!
-
Not their fault, there was some construction that made it difficult to get to the location but again, Casa 1881 was very accommodating to help move the car to a safe place.
+
Perfect location with beautiful views. Very friendly hosts.
-
Little bit on the pricy side (was able to find equally good accommodation around the corner at half the price) Hosts charge $30 and $25 respectively for airport pick up and drop off while taxi flat rate is 60 soles (approximately $17)
+
Beautiful, safe compound that was very clean, spacious, convenient and charming. Best sleep ever! Great location and made a perfect home for our 4 night stay while we explored Santa Cruz and did day trips to Bartolome and the other closer islands. The owner arranged for pick up at the airport, had some breakfast stocked in the kitchen and gave lots of recommendations on where to go, who to book tours with and what to eat. Every evening our 10 year old daughter lounged on the hammock on our balcony and fell asleep swaying. We had the one bedroom and the bedroom is a loft area (although very enclosed and private) that had vaulted, wood ceilings and wonderful large windows. The apartment had 2 very modern bathrooms. We did come back earlier one evening and swam in the pool and relaxed in the common area. There is also on sight laundry we were able to use. We left for an 8 day tour of Ecuador and gave everyone the name of this place!
+
Ximena and Alfaro are superb hosts! They are very well traveled, accommodating, provide a beautiful environment for tasty breakfasts, welcome beverage, relaxation and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed their new puppy Mia too. Casa Terra is a must when visiting Villa de Leyva.
-
For anyone staying longer than a night or two, it would be helpful to have more storage/hanging ability to unpack a bit. This is very minor of course!
+
Lovely host. Close to vineyards. Very clean. Charming.
+
Great reception support and backup from Victor. Couldn't ask for more.
+
I loved the staff, location, and the fact that you got home cooked breakfast everyday. They made you feel like home.

Owners were very nice and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants etc. Breakfast with fresh juice was great. Location was fabulous.
+
Cleanliness, pool area, jacuzzi and the room space. Location is great. The bar is very good too.
-
Breakfast is good, but to much expensive.
+
The owner of the place is Janny, and she is an absolute delight. When we arrived in Pisac, we were warmly greeted at the street and shown to our room. After 26 hours of travel, we needed a morning nap, and Janny made sure we were not disturbed. The location is just far enough from the Pisac Market to be quiet, but close enough that we were in the market within one block of the door. So, the location was great, the room was nice, the breakfasts were good, and Janny is a masterful hostess.
-
I wish we'd had more time to spend!
+
Good location on the hill and walking distance to city center. Unique room design with loft. Staff was willing to help.
+
Grea place, beautifully decorated with local art. Marco was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after and a genuinly nice guy too.. I highly recommend staying here.
+
Personalized service. Great attention to detail. Friendly staff
+
The hotel is not situated in the city center but the neighborhood is nice and safe and it is easy to move around from there. In a few min walk you can get to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast.
-
Although the internet wifi covers the whole hotel, in some areas the connection is a bit poor.
+
Maria was a warm, helpful hostess. Breakfast was great - especially for Chile. We had delicious coffee, a generous portion of seasonal fruit, toast with good jam, eggs and juice and a small muffin which varied from day to day. The beds were extremely comfortable. And we had a small refrigerator There was an outdoor deck on the second floor with comfortable chairs and a table. We ate our evening meal there (there is a very good small bakery on Mont Street where we got fresh bread every afternoon which we had with fresh fruit and cheese). And my most important quality - it was spotless.
-
Breakfast was late for us 9 to 11 AM. BUT, she had hot water, instant coffee and tea available 24 hours. So we bought milk and had coffee in our room before breakfast. Not as good as her coffee but it gave us a start. So it was really not a big issue.

In all our travels we have not met hosts like Alan and Nadine. As first-timers to Marrakech, without GPS, we had no idea of the implications of trying to find your way in a chaotic city without street names in a rented car - then to return the car and finally to think one can negotiate the Medina with 6 pieces of oversized heavy luggage ( due to an extended holiday). En-route to Riad Alnadine, with an ETA in 30 min we gave Alan a call to confirm our arrival. He immediatly asked the right questions - and through experience and true concern and hospitality offered to meet us at Hertz ( 30 min by foot and public transport) to help us get to their home.To cut a long story short, Alan spent the entire afternoon to help us, waited patiently, finding suitable taxi's and negotiated on our behalf and even helped to carry our bags. Then we entered their beautiful Riad , felt welcome and at home, got issued with a walking GPS (ESSENTIAL), given a 15 min briefing about the city ( worth gold) and even escorted to the main square as introduction. Add to this comfortable spotless clean rooms, great roof terrace , killer breakfast, great location and the feeling of being a family member in a special home, yet private- and you get to this place - the BEST Riad in Marroco- and an example of hopitality to the rest of the world. Thanks Alan & Nadine x

The Perfect Guest House: Beach Villa Wilderniss was indeed the best choice. The location is on the beach with breathtaking beautiful views Our room was clean and large enough to feel yourself - comfortable even for a long stay The interior and exterior was top notch - decorated with great taste. Breakfast was awesome yummy - freshly prepared by owners Leane & Deon - Deon kept the bacon and sausages coming - not to mention the distinctive great aroma of the finest filter coffee. Owners Leane and Deon are extremely nice and friendly, made us feel so welcome - like we were part of the family Wilderniss is such a gem of nature - so beautiful, and staying at such perfect guest house made it even more beautiful PS - George and Mosselbay just a stone through away - plenty to do and plenty to see -

Michael and Guido are the ultimate hosts. They greeted us very warmly when we arrived and took us to our rooms, which were immaculate, with great attention to detail and beautifully decorated. I stayed in the Rosella room and would recommend it, but all the rooms I saw were great. They welcomed us with some Moroccan tea and delicious sweets and gave us a lot of useful information about Marrakesh - I have stayed in Marrakesh two times before and haven't received such a helpful intro (ask them for their tips on getting a good price for taxis!). The breakfast is the star of the stay - the food is fantastic and the service is equally great, in line with the overall stay. Breakfast is served on their beautiful roof terrace. The location is great, especially for tourists - very close to the main square, and they will send someone to meet you to take you there for the first time as it is off of a main street (so it's quite despite being central!!).
-
Nothing - stay here!!

Everything! Hosts were superb, beds were comfy, breakfast was amazing! Pick-up and check-in were simple. Riad was quaint, adorable, clean, welcoming. Huge bathtub! Very cultural. Great location!

Beautiful riad and had a great stay there. The owner was nice and provided great service. Location was good that in the middle of the medina. Breakfast was great.
-
Only cash accepted for payment.
+
We spent 4 days at this beautiful boutique hotel in the medina. From the time we arrive and were offered mint tea and sweets until we left, everything was perfect. We booked the suite Dar El Bcha which was very large and well decorated. The location at the edge of the medina is perfect for exploring while still easily accessible to the nearby street. The hotel restaurant proved full service including room service. All of the food was tasty and fairly priced. During the stay we were served by a very attentive staff that tended yo our every need. The hotel provides guests with a cell phone that you can use until you check out. That is a big help since roaming charges in Morocco are quit high. One of the services which we found helpful was having a staff member accompany us to the street to obtain a taxi. They negotiated the round trip price and gave us the cab drivers cell phone number to call when we were ready to be picked up. During our stay, my wife became ill. Mohamad was very concerned and helped us get a doctor to come to the hotel. The hotel even sent someone to obtain her prescriptions. I highly recommend this hotel
+
Absolutely fantastic accommodation, beautiful gardens (won't forget the wonderful white roses) and pool area and a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Excellent breakfast out on the terrace. Lots of little extras. Wolfgang always around and a very attentive host.

The property is located in Boskloof Eco Estate, a lovely neighborhood with abundant wildlife and vegetation. The view from the room was incredible, along with everything else. Loved the automatic shades in the bath! Thanks Maggie!

Everything is so great at this hotel, especially the staff, friendly, warmhearted. If you are in the town, definitely recommend you to experience real Morocco
+
Wonderful environment, excellent hosts, beautiful rooms, comfort and food without par. Denis and Colleen are to be congratulated.
-
My daughter and her husband could not find a room there
+
Friendly and professional owner and staff. Immaculately clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Worth way more than what I paid for they night. Will return in a heartbeat.
-
Spa bath had some hidden dirt inside the jets that ejected once I turned it on. Not a train-smash. Just hopped into the shower.
+
very well maintained Riad in the heart of the old medina (quiet neighborhood which is great); Francois -the owner- is very helpful and takes good care of his riad and guests and is committed heart and mind in his business. My stomach got upset while eating in one of the restaurants in the medina and Francois provided first aid medication to calm my stomach and which I appreciated greatly. thank you
-
rooms are well maintained yet I personally prefer rooms with more luminosity (personal taste). wifi can be weak in rooms.
+
Very lovely room for two, super friendly host who also organized a private wine tour for us and gave recommendations on where to find restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Wish we stayed longer!
+
Beautifully furnished and cosy room, with a homely feel, outdoor pool and lush gardens. Exceptional hosts, Peter and Bradley go out of their way to make your stay a fabulous experience. Best home-cooked breakfast we've had on our holiday! Highly recommendable!

I visited Dar Anika the last week of October 2016. I believe the true test of a hotel's quality comes, not when things go perfectly right, but when something goes wrong or not quite what you'd expect. This hotel is an absolute GEM for countless reasons, but primarily because of the utmost professionalism shown after I reported a small issue. The owner and his brother, as well as the other staff, were determined to go above and beyond to correct the matter and provide me with an experience I would never forget. First, the location is PERFECT as it is immediately accessible from one the main thoroughfares in the Mellah (Jewish quarter) section of the media. If you know anything about the dizzying, maze-like streets in Moroccan medinas, you will be grateful for it. Dar Anika is in close proximity to nearly all of the main sights (less than 10 minutes walk), making it the most convenient hotel I stayed in during my entire trip. The rooms are colorful and decorated elegantly. I really loved the plaster work (one of the key elements you will see throughout Morocco) and attention to detail. The owner and his brother, both named Abu, were very helpful with recommending worthwhile sights as well as places to purchase excellent gifts to take back to colleagues and family. The owner was gracious enough to show me the riad they're working to open next and it is GORGEOUS! I'm already trying to figure out how to get back! As a woman traveling alone, they made me feel safe and welcome (VERY important). I was a bit sad I wasn't there with a significant other as the hotel is quite romantic, especially at night in the lobby as well as the rooftop! The food was good, but there are so many delicious places to eat in Marrakech, so you may not want to eat there every night. All in all, I lucked out with Dar Anika. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.
+
The Cottage on 55 is probably thé best place to stay in Franschhoek. The owners give their guests everything they desire and more, like breakfasts you can only dream of and the ability to have a cosy bonfire in the garden. They were very helpful in getting around Franschhoek, more than hospitable and offer a idyllic stay in an amazing scenery. Don't miss this one!
+
Amazing staff!!!! Elena is the sweetest receptionist and will go above and beyond for her guests.
-
Wifi could be improved in some areas.
+
Spectacular interior courtyard. We stayed in the Library, which fits 3 comfortably. Beautifully furnished. Of the five riads we stayed in Morocco, this was definitely the nicest. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Truly wonderful ambience at Trois Saveurs for dinner and breakfast
+
I can honestly say say that everything about the property is excellent. Gardens, walkways, accommodation, breakfast, cannot be faltered. If you like your room to be scrupulously clean, you can be assured of getting all that at Rothman Manor. The gardens are beautiful and the pool a sparkling light blue fantasy. Its so great leaving a place with thoughts already abounding of how soon you can return.
+
Lovely period property in a super tranquil setting, lovely views from rooms facing the lagoon. Gavin & Marion are super friendly folk, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.....they both serve up a Lovely Breakfast. Easy to reach location, out of the hustle & bustle of the main areas of Knysna (especially welcome during busy periods)....but still only 2 mins away from the Waterfront etc..... Bonus.....your car gets a wash every morning by the friendly ground staff.
-
Maybe a heater in the room......Knysna is very chilly at this time of the year???
+
The Riad was beautiful, with great facilities, staff and food. I liked everything while I was there.
-
I'm not sure didn't like is the right word. But it is located in an area focused on local shoppers. It is a bit of a walk to the local crafts market.
+
Most amazing stay from the moment we arrived to the time we left. We were served coffee on arrival, wine in the late afternoon and our restaurant for our evening meal was booked by our friendly hosts. Spoil yourself - enjoy a stay at this wonderful place.

Truly lovely experience all around. Iyaras is a fantastic host and just a great person. The rooms and property are perfectly appointed and extremely comfortable. You'll sleep sweetly to the sound of waves just outside your room. I loved the sweet dogs that would hang with us and accompany us on walks. We were there on thanksgiving, and iyaras prepared us a scrumptious ital meal which we ate under the stars on the deck. It was amazing.
+
Marigot Palms provided us with the perfect Caribbean holiday. The location in Marigot Bay means you are more or less in the centre of the island and thus within easy reach of many of the attractions. It's halfway up the hill which provides lovely views over the bay and means you are close enough to the restaurants and shops but not so close that you have many people on your doorstep. We were in a ground floor room, just 2 meters from the swimming pool. The room was air conditioned and had all the amenities, equipment and utensils which you'd want in the room, kitchen and bathroom. The wifi is also included and performs very well. However, the best part is the personal attention you get from the hosts (also made possible by the small size of the setup - there are only 4 rooms): Their lives appear to revolve around guest satisfaction and for us they delivered - you really get the personal touch here, unlike what you'd get in larger establishments. We recommend the Belgium night! They also have a small 4x4 available for rent at a good rate which also added value to our holiday. I'd recommend staying here without hesitation! (I'm glad we didn't stay in one of the resorts on the island.)
-
There's nothing we didn't like. I might point out that if you have very small children, you may have to watch them carefully as the patio around the pool isn't fenced and there's quite a steep drop on the sides. It's also probably not wheelchair accessible, but perhaps Danny and Ann has thought of a plan for that already so might be worth checking with them first.
+
Saskia and Mark were awesome. The breakfasts were to die for. The room was spectacular and the staff was wonderful. We had massages at the spa and they were so good we both fell asleep. Even the dogs on the property were well mannered and adorable. Great place! We will be back.
-
Nothing this place is the best.
+
Spectacular beachfront position. Extremely comfortable, large and well-equipped suite with kitchen, luxury bath, large balcony, all furnished to high standards. Slept like a log. Extensive breakfast served in room. Towels galore. Nice pool, if small. Parking, airport transfers and beach equipment, all free of charge. Ever-present, solicitous and professional staff. No restaurant but several within walking distance.
-
Hard to fault! Wi-fi goes in and out, audio system very basic.
+
Nike and Scott were great hosts. Great fresh fruits for breakfast in the morning.
+
Excellent location with wonderful views across the bay. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Felt like visiting family. Good security within property. Great for both solo travelers and couples. Wifi throughout. No mosquitos! Will return...
-
hhmm, let me think.
+
The staff was super attentive and the resort was beautiful. My first trip and hopefully not my last. The Capella Resort is worth every penny.
+
Great location, close to supermarket for accessories and food. Close to bars and restaurants. Close to all transportations (gwa gwa's). Very quiet and cosy units. The owners were great and very friendly. Free airport pickup and dropoff.
-
a few mosquitos, here and there. Likely could not be avoided.
+
This truly is a ‘home away from home.’ The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly require. Molly is a terrific hostess full of information to make your stay more enjoyable. The bedroom was cosy with a super comfortable bed and Molly even gave us towels for the beach. I loved the swing in the garden – Nice Touch Molly! Hope to see you again soon….

Everything is walking distance which was nice.

GORGEOUS view with an unbelievable room. We loved this boutique hotel and its authenticity. You could truly be a part of the St. Lucian culture and experience the tranquility of the countryside while still basking in a luxury experience. Highly recommend!

The staff could not have been more attentive. The resort is calm and beautiful, just perfect for a private getaway.

The owner, John is a great host and provided excellent service. It was a perfect place to stay to spend a week of diving and the price was perfect.
-
I have nothing negative to say.
+
The appartement we booked was completely according to our expectations. There were only some minor Things for maintenance (a little hard to open shower door). the guest manager angel was extremely helpful in organization of services like spa activities or grocery deliveries and really friendly! for a kite surfer like me the destination was extremely perfect, so a really good recommendation for all who enjoy high quality appartements in real luxurous and safe environment. the whole kite equipmnt can be stored directly near the beach, 24-7 security guards everything! the "hotel" taxi service from modesto (name of the driver) was really in time. directly on the beach was every day a private kite teacher (thank you miguel!) who assisted really good when you need some help or lessons or tips for the spot! the whole team was really friendly and was really helpful!
-
A beach bar was missing, but was under construction during our stay. Price could be slightly lower, kitchen utilities could be slightly higher equipped.

The location decoration of the property is nice

Everything was so wonderful, but the staff is what we loved the best about this place. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly, helpful, and fun. They interacted with us a lot and made our trip extra special. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The view was amazing and the landscaping was immaculate. We LOVED our stay here!!
-
We loved everything!
+
The staff is amazing. They have no problem helping to supply your every need. Need a good cab driver? They'll take care of that and everything else. Close proximity to a beach. Secluded and peaceful location.

We like everything about staying at the Blue Emeraude Residence with one minor exception, the Wifi service was poor; that said we're planing a return visit.

+
BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. MOST OF THE STAFF WERE VERY LOVELY AND EXTREMELY PLEASANT . BRANDON -MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIFIC AND CARL THE BELLMAN JUST WONDERFUL. ALSO OUR ROOM ATTENDANT AND JEANNEL OUR CHOICES SERVER WERE SUPER FRENCH RESTAURANT WAS WONDERFUL KUDOS TO WINSTON AND RAY. FLOYD ON THE CONCEIRGE DESK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY COURTEOUS. WE ENJOYED CHOICES ON A DAILY BASIS AND THE MANAGER AT FLAVORS WAS GREAT. WE FELT SAFE AT THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE RIGID SECURITY. DRINKS WERE WEAK AND SKILL LEVELS OF SOME BARTENDERS WERE VERY QUESTIONABLE.
-
THE BRASILIA RESTAURANT WAS TERRIBLE. WE WERE GIVEN A TABLE WITH A DOWN POOR OF RAIN AND PLASTER DROPPING IN OUR FOOD. THE FOOD IN MANY RESTAURANTS WAS COLD CONTINUOUSLY. AN INTERNET CAFE SHOULD BE INSTALLED AT ZILARA. VERY PRICEY LOCATION
+
An excellent choice. Everything was more than I expected, from the time we arrived all the way to the day we left. We will definitely be back. The hotel is in a great location. The beach staff was on point. The Butler made sure all needs were addressed. Just overall a very pleasant experience.
+
My stay was lovely - I booked because I thought my partner was coming too - however he had to work. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
-
Unfortunately I did not have a vehicle so had to use taxis which were prompt and plentiful.
+
Awesome location, beautiful accommodation, comfortable and roomy, cheerful and caring hosts. Could easily stay a week to relax on the verandah, kyak on the river and laze in the spa.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Impressive styling and impeccable cleanliness of accommodation. Friendly owners provided help when needed. Loved the comfort and presentation felt like it was a home we would want for ourselves. Credit to the owners for their efforts for renovating and keeping this historic home.

+
Everything was great, they let us check in early when we got there at 12, which was really convenient after spending 3 days on a sail boat. Comfortable bed, Sheryl was very nice and welcoming. Had a menu and recommendations for restaurants. The space was big and wifi was adequate.
-
Everything was good, except the bedroom we got didn't have aircon, but we let the mainroom aircon seep into the bedroom and it was fine.
+
Ray was very polite and accomodating, a perfect host. Communication was clear and swift prior to the booking. The modern accomodation has all the essential facilities for a short stay, very clean and tidy. With well equiped bathroom and kitchen facilities - plus plenty of storage, towels etc (and even shovels for hot water beach). We were both very impressed.
-
Nothing major to mention, the bed mattress was a little soft for me - but that's just a personal preference.
+
The deluxe room was very luxurious. Johan cooked us an excellent dinner which we enjoyed with him and other guests. The location was delightful - off the beaten track, scenic and peaceful.

Beautiful setting. Very comfortable and relaxing.
+
Throughout my travels around the world, I've never stayed in a house quite like this; in the middle of majestic and breathtaking view of wild plains and surrounded by snow mountains, a place where I can just sit by the window all day enjoying the soothing quietness. Besides the ambience, the house itself is very well decorated while delicious homemade breakfast and snacks bring a warm touch. Words cannot fully describe my experience at Matuka Lodge, I'd just like to thank the host for such a memorable stay.
-
We should've stayed longer
+
The facility of the apartment is wonderful. My parents like the kichen. I like the SPA. And all of my families like the view of the balcony.

Every we'd hoped for and more - from the excellent location, to the spacious rooms and of course the very helpful and friendly Ozzie

Great spot to call base as you take on the many activities that surround this property! Staff were very welcoming and full of local knowledge. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
+
The host is very friendly and helpfull. A wonderful apartment, spacious, sunny and very well equipped in adition to two large terraces.
+
Everything was wonderful. Anut and Avi went out of their way to be accommodating and welcoming. We felt like part of the family. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Cnaan Village Boutique and Spa Hotel.
+
This is a beautifully remodeled home and the owners live upstairs. The location is walking distance to the Holy sites of Nazareth. They do offer a parking spot. You have free use of the kitchen and patio garden area.
-
Location was not easy to find, but they did provide detailed directions in an email which I did not read until after our arrival that evening. If you are uncomfortable sharing a kitchen with other guests, this may not be for you. It was fine for us and we enjoyed talking with the other travelers.

This property is absolutely beautiful, around 400 years old, it retains the features of the Ottoman style. It has been lovingly modernised and the wifi is ace. It's a family owned business and they go out their way to make you feel welcome and to provide for your every need. It's perfectly located near the main square with lots of choice of places to eat.
+
Very nice and she let us stay longer because it was Yom Kippur

Room very clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff very accommodating especially with arrangements to and from airport. Hotel very convenient to excellent dining/drinking establishments by foot.

This is an absolutely beautiful property and shimon, the host, and his family, are incredible. The breakfast was served to a beautiful outside table at whatever time you chose. Upon returning home from dinner we were served a most amazing array of desserts with coffee available any time. Beautiful pool. Bathrooms clean and modern. Pool table and foosball table in the common outside space. Has only six suites so it is very peaceful and feels like your own private oasis!
+
Perfect setting and location, with stunningly designed rooms, ours being replete with a private terrace looking over to the hills beyond the city. The owners have created a relaxed and homey environment, yet one that is maintained at a very high standard; it's like you go your aunt's house but don't lose hotel quality. Wonderful place from which and in which to experience all that Safed has to offer.
+
After checking in we had only one question, was it available for another night? Perfect getaway in the Golan, and the breakfast was the best in the country. With a sauna and large jacuzzi en suite, the hard part is getting outdoors.
+
Nice and Clean apartment. the host Ariel is a wonderful man. going the extra mile to please.

the address is hard to find. but worth the time finding it...

Personable, friendly hosts. Beautiful accommodations , great location most pleasant place we stayed at in Isrrael. We'll definitely return. Exceptionable breakfast, too.

If you decide to stay in Hoi An, stay in Camillia (for at least 3 nights). Everything, everything is amazing about this place. This wonderful family treated us like we were their own children. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and you feel that everything in this place is made with love. Have nothing to write more, really, just stay here. (The beer was perfectly chilled too:)) )
+
It's the most beautiful small property I have been to around the world. It is so tastefully done, from the landscaping to the rooms, the poolside, the breakfast area. It is so green, full of plants and trees all over. I also noticed some lovely birds on the property. One end of the property leads to the beach, only a 2 minutes walk. The other end leads to the main road, full of bars and restaurants only minutes away. And still this place is so calm and peaceful. The entire property is spick and span and well maintained. The rooms are clean, smell nice and the bed is comfortable. The hosts Hardip and Sophia are very warm and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They also offered me a late check-out since the next guests were only arriving at 4pm. Their recommendations for restaurants, nightlife and things-to-do were just bang on. The breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. To sum it up, this is the only place I shall live in when in north goa. Kudos guys !!

Wonderful staff , beautiful room overlooking the sawas, good location.

Taking rest at the garden felt so good after a busy business schedule!

5 stars for this hostel!! Everything was perfect

This hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location within walking distance of the old town. Wonderful, friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Modern clean rooms with excellent air conditioning. Great breakfast too. Overall, a real gem of a hotel.

We arrive at Jokura's house in evening for reason of railway delay from Noboribetsu to Hakodate, they are waiting for us, help us place our luggage lead us to our room. Then Mr Jokura drive us to Mountain Hakodate with his Car so we could catch up time and spend our time on top of Mountain for the spectacular night scene. After we come back to his house, Mr Jokura prepared some secret gift for us. We like them very much. All the facilities in Mr Jokura's house is good and clean, hope my next trip to Hakodate and will choose Mr jokura's house again :)

Comfy Bed. Beautiful room with balcony. Location is near to everything. Wifi is fast. Superb service from staffs.

The staff were amazing! Incredible service!
+
Everything was excellent! All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. No complaints here! 😁
+
Very cozy and welcoming lobby area; Our room was small, but neat, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you might need. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again!
+
Excellent service by the hotel managers and staff, and great hospitality.
+
This hotel is very new. The staff are efficient and extremely eager to please, and the rooms are excellent, with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows, which to me are the mark of a hotel's quality. The rooms are not overly big, but certainly spacious enough, and enjoy uninterrupted views over nha trang 's main beach.. I haven't eaten dinner here yet, but breakfast is very good, with an interesting selection of foods. Staff was friendly and very pleasant to see every morning. Always helpful and greeted you with a smile. Location is as close to the beach as you can get. Can’t wait to be back.
+
Some of their rooms are newly renovated. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast is average, you can request for eggs because it's not displayed in the buffet area. Free airport pick-up is a plus, although almost all hotels in Siem Reap also offer this. They clean the room everyday & allowed us to check-out late without any charges. They also offer tuktuk services for $1 going to pub street or old market which is cheaper because usually the tuktuk drivers from outside charged us $2 going back to the hotel. Walking distance to old market/pub street for about 10-15min.
+
We stayed at this hotel in 2015. When we returned to Vietnam in 2016, we stayed there again. We were not disappointed. The size of the hotel is small. The price you have to pay to stay there is medium. The quality of the hotel is high. We had a nice room facing the back on the fifth floor. There was no balcony and no window (which we had in 2015), but to compensate the bathroom was very spacious. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel. It is free and it works well. There is a safe in the room. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. The breakfast area is rather small. This is why breakfast is a la carte. There is no self-service buffet. This works quite well, once you understand how it works. There are many good choices on the menu. I recommend the American pancakes. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel makes you feel welcome. It is a home away from home. When I had a minor medical problem, the hotel staff made an appointment for me at a medical clinic not far from the hotel where my problem was solved. If you have stayed at this place once, I think you will want to come back for one more visit. This is how nice this place is.
-
(1) The room is a bit dark. There is nowhere with a really strong light for reading and writing. (2) There is nowhere to hang up wet towels to dry. This is a common problem in hotels all over the world. (3) There is a closet where you can hang your clothes. This is good, but we miss a cabinet with drawers and shelves.
+
Location is super convenient, in heart of Old Quarter, close too all famous food stalls Service super good, extremely caring and friendly!!! Breakfast is really exceptional!!!!!
+
The staff are excellent- very friendly and went out of their way to help with tour bookings etc. The location is great - close to everything in the Old Quarter but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Everything. Rooms are beautifully furnished. Spotless clean. Location right in centre of ancient town. Breakfast very good with lots of choice would definitely stay here again.

(a) Staff are excellent. Our booking was arranged by Lee who always response promptly thru email. Though he is away for wedding leaves when we arrived, Allie, Moon, Tung,.. are doing a great job especially Allie. They really let us feel at ease. (b) Wifi : Good (c) Good location, within walking distance for local foods, shopping, etc. Will highly recommend to our relatives and friends.
+
A good hotel, decent rooms in a good location with good price. Nice staff. The don't charge you 2% for using a credit card. Taxi service to and from airport with decent price.
-
The roasters from the neighbors at 4 AM, they don't have earplugs to help you. The beds are hard. Shower was missing a place to put your shampoo.
+
Everything! It was clean and had all the amenities you could need, including free water bottles and toothbrush and toothpaste. Beds are super comfortable and the staff go out of their way to ensure you're as comfortable as possible.
-
Nothing. Everything was excellent.
+
Beautiful design and incredibly helpful staff
-
Towels smelled a little musty/damp and other people might like to know that they do not have an elevator.
+
Breakfast is very good, and staff are helpful. The shower is amazing.
-
Room has no window, and contrary to what it said when booking, there was no fresh fruit. I stayed at two other hotels in Hanoi in the same week and this was by far the worst of the three.
+
Staff really try hard and is very friendly
-
Wi-fi is really poor. Amenities and decor dated, ie no bedside lamps.. The "sales lady" of trips and excursions is very good at her job but does the "typical tourist" con job. Double check it all. The 5 star Halong Bay trip was a cattle ship and exhorbitant ripp off.
+
The staffs are friendly and the environment is good~
-
Probably can provide slipper at the main entrance
+
Good and comfortable room.
+
We loved EVERYTHING! location, space, breakfast, room itself, decor, all were spectacular. But above all that were the hosts themselves. Annie and Pavel , I don't even know how to thank you. It's not just a matter of exceptional service - one just feels like they are a guest at their home. I hope to be back in Brugge and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else :))). P.S. Special thank you for pickles from Lana :)

The location in the old city was excellent. The owners who personally greeted us and spent time explaining the city to us. The personal touches in the room were lovely like a beautiful fruit bowl with home made biscuit

I am a frequent traveler and I can safely say that Villa Antica Macina is truly a slice of heaven. Amalia is an amazing host and my daughters and I fell in love with the truly amazing view, the beautiful, clean apartment, Amalia, Nocele and our amazing donkey porter! The food was amazing and Amalia did everything imaginable to make our stay remarkable in every way. I chose Amalia's place because we wanted to hike the Pathway of the Gods and it truly is steps away from her door. But, I had no idea how fortuitous that choice would prove to be! I will definitely return one day, and plan to stay much longer next time!!
+
We arrived on an early flight so we booked for the night before in order to have somewhere for a shower, sleep and breakfast. We then stayed an extra night while visiting Reyjkavik. Our hostess was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The B&B was located about 5 minutes drive from Keflavik airport and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.
+
Quite simply the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at! Lovely owner, so friendly and accommodating, so clean, beautiful bedroom, décor and facilities, wonderful breakfast and wide variety of breakfast choice on the menu! There is real care and love at work in this B&B. Wonderful place! Thank you!
+
Roberto and Rita were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Had to leave very early to the airport, they arranged to have a full breakfast for us. The comfort and decor were outstanding. Would certainly recommend it to everyone, of course this is why it's rated #1 with TripAdvisor.
+
We loved the location, the spacious room, the variety offered at breakfast, and the friendly hosts!
+
We loved everything. We have been traveling for nearly a month and this is one of the best places we have stayed: great location, great price, lovely host. The hospitality we received was the perfect balance of friendly and helpful. The recommendation for where to eat dinner was excellent and only a short walk away. Our room was gorgeous had a huge comfy bed and included everything we could want - including some of the tastiest shortbreads ever (sorry we ate so many!) Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again ... but for longer! Thanks so much!!!!
-

The apartment building is on a commercial street but only a few steps from the entrance to the grounds of the Alhambra. The entire building is has a beautifully minimalist interior, peaceful and quiet. When we got lost on our arrival, the owner met our car, climbed in, and got us to the appropriate location. She also provided us with lots of sightseeing information and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations.

Mario, the host, saw to our every need, answered all my email questions, gave us suggestions and directions to several local attractions. On our arrival, he was at the door to greet us and help with our luggage. The rooms are large and very comfortable. All the amenities you could want are provided, including comfortable bed, free wifi, and breakfast cooked by Mario. The location is convenient to the Grand Place as well as many other attractions. It was the best B&B we've experienced.

This is a wonderful property in a great locations. The building is clean and charming, the staff delightful and the room is warm, comfy, and more than ample. Great en suite bathroom with modern fixtures. We loved chatting with the owner and her helper was charming and great help.

The scrabble eggs were a little runny, but that's to our taste.

Great little extras, the drinks in the fridge and tray of biscuits/chocolate etc was great. The fresh oranges to make juice was a nice touch, as was the croissant and read each morning

Scrambled eggs with salmon stunning!! Everything faultless.

Owners were warm, friendly, and accomodating. Beds were great!

Fabulous, welcoming hotel with a wonderful, warm and helpful staff.

Quiet location but easily walkable to town. Very comfortable and attractively decorated room. Top quality linen on the bed, spacious and luxurious bathroom. Loved the offer of cake and coffee in the afternoon. Helpful and friendly staff who made a few phonecalls for me as I had a problem with my motorcycle. Lovely fresh fruit salad at breakfast.
-
I would expect a robe, bath sheet and face cloth at this level.
+
One of the greatest boutique you could ever stay in istanbul. Services are extremly fabulous

The location and staff are terrific. The rooms are very large. The restaurants on the property have great food at a fair price.
Homer, Alaska
+
The staff was amazing and in particular with front desk receptionist. I could tell she loved the are as well as working there. Her customer service skills was awesome. The cabin I rented for three nights literally had everything I needed. So comfy, so cozy, with an unbelievable back area that included a swing and a few table areas. To just relax, or take in the incredible view of katchema bay. And it also had a huge hot tub. My favorite place to stay in Homer.
-
It is not easy to find this coming back from Homer spit. So I think it is a good idea for the owners to put up a sign.
Butte, Montana
+
The food was fantastic and breakfast was served at your time preference . The scones and coffee delivered to your suite were extra yummy! The best part were the hosts Glenn and Jane. They made the stay the most fun we ever had at a B&B ! Lot's of laughs😂 They also will get you pointed in whatever direction you choose to explore Butte . Definitely will go back if we ever have the chance .

This B&B is truly phenomenal. For starters, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was divine. The complementary beverages were much appreciated as were the magazines. The robes were comfortable, the setting is peaceful, the A/C worked great. By the time my husband and I left, we were both more relaxed than we've been after weeks at other places. If we get the chance, we will absolutely return to this gem. I think it would be good for our heath! :)

I made reservation at Casa Breeze Inn at the last minute during a two week drive through Maine. The owners are wonderful people who invited us to a holiday dinner with their friends the evening we arrived. We were escorted to their house when we called from a few miles away, totally lost on a pitch dark evening. Dinner and breakfast were excellent (and low sodium as requested). The room and bath were both large and beautifully decorated. Susan advised us on local sites and we explored the nearby fascinating historical village of St.George Island and Minister's Island. The latter is a gem, accessible only at low tide, and had been the summer home and farm of William van Horne, baron of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Great finds for a quick trip from Maine into New Brunswick - I highly recommend visiting the Roosevelt Campobello, followed by a night or two at Casa Breeze Inn and a day visiting St.George Island and Minister's Island.
-
Everything was perfect.
+
The dining room was very nice and spacious. The varity at breakfast was great. It's a shame this large room was used briefly for breakfast only. This B&B was very close to the attractions on the main street! The remodeling of the school house was done beautifully. Each bedroom had a sitting area and private bathroom.
-
The common room was on the third floor and did not have enough seating for the 8 of us. The seating that was there was low and uncomfortable. We had nowhere to sit and talk or play cards.

The owners are very welcoming and lovely As has been said in other reviews, the breakfast was amazing. Come hungry! The bed is as comfy as others have noted. And if you're a big shower person, the multiple shower heads are going to be a luxury.

Only minor things: You might want to request a room on the third floor if you are sensitive to noise. Also, it should go without saying, but be mindful about keeping the door code with you. I managed to leave mine in my room so I was locked out of the house momentarily.

The hospitality was superb, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding!

Beautiful location, beautiful room and good hosts! A B&B built as a mansion - not a mansion turned into a B&B.

The owners were really great and had thought of most everything you might want/need as a guest and made it readily available. The location is beautiful and feels secluded, yet it is convenient to good restaurants and scenic drives.

Loved the fire pit in the backyard. We were there in October, so it was nice to sit out at night around the fire and socialize. Paul and Alison could not have been nicer and made sure we had everything we needed.

Mark, the owner and host is doing it RIGHT. This is a teriffic old home B&B. It is comfortable, close to the campus area, and simply FANTASTIC. Waking up to the smell of bacon was just a bonus.

I don't like that you aren't staying here.

The room was very nice, the location excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite thing was the delicious breakfast served at one communal dining table and meeting the other people staying at the inn.

Oh My Gosh!!! Every detail of the visit, the gorgeous house decor, bedroom accomodations, delicious breakfast, all of the personal touches, etc., was beyond fantastic. Staying at EJ Bowman House B&B was truly a perfect experience. Scott and Diane were wonderful hosts, joining us at the breakfast table for conversation. They also played concierge to the guests when needed, helping me find antique stores to feed my addiction.

That I only stayed for one night.

Breakfast was superb. Kudos to chef. Staff was wonderful. As above, location was terrific. Off street parking a definite plus.

They have done a great job of remodeling an old house, but it's still has old house layout, etc. Not really a complaint -- we enjoyed our stay a lot, but it is what it is. Odd shaped rooms, etc.

Bathroom was very old needs replacing, also really creepy pictures in the room and the corridors are also scary if you have watched a certain old horror film.Hotel needs updating but this is reflected in the price.

This hotel could be great with a little bit more attention to details. More attentive staff. Resurface the road at the side leading to the rear ca-park.Clean up the area at the side of the hotel. Change the carpets.
