    On 7 June 1939, 907 Jewish refugees aboard the MS St. Louis were denied entry to Canada. The ship returned to Europe, where 254 of its passengers later perished in the Holocaust. Please take a minute to sign this letter asking the Government of to issue a formal apology.

    By recognizing our past mistakes, we ensure we'll always stand for what is right in future. Do you agree that the Govt of Canada should formally apologize for rejecting Jewish refugees aboard the St. Louis? Add your name to our letter to Canada's leaders:

    Lucky me-second school visit today was to Richmond Jewish Day School (), a community-based Jewish Indep. school, where I chatted w/ Gr. 5, 6, & 7 students-all hands went up for QnAs-very engaged & thoughtful kids wanting to learn about politics & govt. Thx 4 the visit! 😀
