    My first taste of tonight and oh my goodness was it good. Clockwise from top right: Butter chicken wings. Keema with bone marrow. Tandoori lamb chops. Ubiquitous stain found on my shirt as I eat almost anything. Superb.

    Hey guys it wasn’t that hard! It’s aloo tuk with chilli garlic ketchup at the wonderful Brigadiers restaurant in London. The trick is that the aloo are made crisp in the style of French confit potatoes.
