Sick of it crashing

Netflix has RARELY been problematic for me at all since I began using it but today was the last straw. My mom and I use the same account but because my app never had any issues I always thought her phone was the issue. After today I'm absolutely 100% sure the app is the problem. I'm sick of trying to log in and watch something only to have the title load for eternity and still show up with an error message saying my title can't play! It's not an Internet or wifi issue because every other app I use functions perfectly-- even the ones that have difficulty with weak service or no wifi. Get your act together Netflix. What's the point of "bug fixes" when they just create bugs that weren't there originally?

App stopped working after update

I have been enjoying having netflix on my phone the past few months but unfortunately i did the last two updates and have not been able to play any videos since. I have an iphone 5s with ios 8.1.3. I tried the restart phone and the reinstall app and nothing worked. Using the same internet connection i can watch from my laptop( windows) and my iphone 6(ios 10.2) with no problem. Did you change your software to make it incompatible with the earlier iOS version? If so, this needs to be identified in the update information. Unlike me not everyone has multiple devices to use

Netflix need a small bit of work. Not too impressed.

I love Netflix, but the current version will not let me play the movies and I really don't like how long it takes to load them. Every show/movie I try to play will not load and a notification pops up saying "we can not play this title try again later." When I do try again the same thing happens. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and that doesn't work. I've logged out and tried to log back in and that doesn't work either. Quite frankly I love this app, and I DO NOT like how the app is running.
