best guacamole tip i know is to put it all in a container where the area at the top is the smallest. so a tall skinny container is better than a short wide one. tap the full container on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles from guac. then add 1/4" of water to the top. put tupperware lid on, and refrigerate. when it's time to use it again, drain water on top, and stir in the rest. it's seriously the only way i've found that keeps it fresh because it's not exposed to air - the water acts as a buffer

I was there. The cards themselves come in a plastic bag and are taped to your seat. Throughout the pregame video segments during warmups, they'd intersperse little videos about the cards. The main instructional video told us that at halftime, there would be a big sign on the main screen advising us to prepare for card stunt one, and then a new sign would tell us to perform card stunt one. The cards had a hole in them for us to be able to see through. They were also double sided, with each side being a different color. The sides were numbered according to which stunt they were for.

That was a really long explanation, sorry.

TL;DR - there were instructions on the card and also a few videos.
